The fenced park of the villa with centuries-old plants includes a large terrace with a swimming pool and its Club House which offers a breathtaking view over the entire property consisting of woods, olive groves, vineyards of the District of Montefalco and from which you can see the city of Todi. Experiencing the experience of a holiday in the Castiglione farmhouse means savoring the sensations of authentic and exclusive atmospheres and absolute privacy. The beautiful house offers 6 bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms and a representation of various finely furnished living rooms including a large living room with an antique pool table where you can spend evenings with friends.
The Tenuta di Saragano produces in its own cellar prized DOC and DOCG wines known throughout the world, organic extra virgin olive oil, breeding of Chianina Brade cattle and wine-tours are organized with tastings in the cellar or in the panoramic terrace in the middle of vineyards.
