The Space:

Settle into a relaxed, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath house designed for simple coastal living. The main living areas give you space to unwind after beach walks and bluff-top adventures, with WiFi to stay connected when available. A kitchen and dining area make mealtimes easy, and the washer and dryer help keep gear fresh throughout your stay.

Step outside to a garden/backyard with outdoor seating—perfect for morning coffee or a casual BBQ. Parking is straightforward in the driveway, and EV drivers will appreciate the newly installed Tesla charger.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access parts of the home. Please see photos for reference.

• WiFi & Cell Service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, WiFi and cellular service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is common across the area.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 cars. A Tesla EV charger is installed for guest use.

• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay (combined weight up to 50 lbs). An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team after booking to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location Logistics: Within about 5 minutes of 39205 Ocean Dr in Gualala, you can enjoy Gualala Point Regional Park (beach/bluff walks, picnics, whale-watching), the Gualala Bluff Trail (stroller-friendly ocean views), calm paddling on the Gualala River via Adventure Rents, Shell Beach (tidepools), Cooks Beach (sandy cove), and the Gualala Arts Center (forest loops and sculpture garden).
