The property features sloping ceilings and was partly renovated in 2016, offering a comfortable and characterful atmosphere throughout. The south-facing orientation ensures an abundance of natural light in the main living areas. On the ground floor, the living and dining room forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen television with DVD player. A small, open kitchen is situated in the entrance area and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese options. The bathroom with WC is also located on this level. Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor hosts the 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings.
