Located in the small, authentic village of Grust (Luz-Saint-Sauveur), in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park, we offer a large, spacious, and bright house with panoramic views.

A peaceful setting, away from major roads but still easily accessible.
At an altitude of 1,000 meters, on the sunny side of the valley, close to ski resorts (Ardiden 10 min, Barèges 20 min, Cauterets 35 min) and plenty of summer activities (hiking trails (GR10), mountain biking, paragliding, rafting...)
All amenities available in Luz-Saint-Sauveur (10 min).

Large living area with dining room, living room, and spacious open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, raclette machine, washer, dryer, etc.)

1 bedroom with a 160 double bed,
1 bedroom with a 140 double bed, 2 90 single beds, and 2 bunk beds,
1 loft with a 160 double bed,
1 bathroom with a corner bathtub and 2 sinks,
Separate toilet.

The house features a large terrace (70 m²) with a stone barbecue.

It also has a garage (with an electric gate) for storing equipment (skis, bikes, etc.), and internet access.

For little ones: a crib and a high chair.
