"The office and the room had a vile oder. After checking in the staff said she had to go change the sheets. When she gave me the room there was feces all over the toilet, the shower was dirty, the bed had a flat sheet that didn't fit, the microwave and fridge was dirty."

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The staff was completely unhelpful whenever issues were brought to their attention, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. "It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes.
