First time in Yosemite

First time visiting Yosemite and our family is happy for the 4-nights stay. Very spacious and we like the decorations. Dining room, living room, kitchen, bathrooms and the bedrooms (beds are comfortable) are very clean. The place is close to the Big Oak Flat entrance (about 35 mins), it wasn't crowded at the entrance (maybe it was beginning of June), so we got to spend the whole day in the park!! There is a grocery store (Mal Val) which is about 8-9 mins from the house, we got our food from there and cooked our dinners at night. The check in process is straightforward and no issue. Thank you!

Todo muy bien con la casa, Ernie muy atento siempre contestando todas nuestras dudas, HOA cobran 50 dólares por poder ingresar con el auto al conjunto (esos 50 dólares te cubren todas las salidas y entradas al lugar) y el lago que hay solo tiene un área muy pequeña delimitada por bollas en donde puedes nadar, entonces nosotros optamos por irnos a otro lugar que estaba a una hora de distancia en el que nos cobraron 20 dólares por entrar pero no tenía límites, pudimos usar hasta un bote inflable. Hay que tener en cuenta que la casa está a una hora y media de Yosemite, entonces considerar la ida y vuelta, todo de la casa en perfectas condiciones y muy cómoda, puedes ver venados todos los días afuera de la casa. Muchas gracias por todo Ernie, con gusto volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Plenty of room

The home was very spacious, the master bedroom is huge. We spent most of our time on the back porch or in the dinning area.

We will be back!

Very clean and well maintained property in a great location. Close proximity to the lake lodge which was nice. We had just about everything we needed for a home away from home. One thing that would have been helpful would have been a vacuum on site since we had 4 children under 6 with us😉 Bring laundry detergent if you plan on washing beach towels while you are there also. We will be back for sure!

Pine Mountain

Our extended family had a wonderful weekend at this economic property. The house is four miles from the entrance to Pine Mountain which is inconvenient. The house has a large and comfortable master bedroom (no tv) and two small bedrooms, ok to accommodate four adults and two kids. The furnishings are not luxurious but are fine for a long weekend.

Perfect stay for our family

The house was very comfortable for our family of 4. When we arrived, the back sliding door screen was badly bent and not on the track. Notified the property contact immediately and placed it aside so no one would get hurt if it fell. Contact responded fast and was very receptive. Other than that, the house was very clean and comfortable. We went to the beach and to the pool which were both nice! Had a yummy ice cream at the marina and dinner at the golf club, which was also fantastic! Beautiful community that has a lot to offer, we will be coming back!

Nice house in a good location close to Yosemite

Nice house in a lovely little community. House was clean and comfortable. Location is great if you want to go to Yosemite - about a 40-min drive to the entrance. Using the lake was a little confusing - guests not allowed to park at the marina on weekends (only homeowners) but we went swimming on the side closer to the house and that beach access was open. (Note that there is a big map of the community in the garage on the wall.) The AC in the house was hard to figure out (it seemed stuck on 78 despite multiple attempts to lower the setting) but it did get cool eventually. Kitchen is well furnished overall but I would suggest that the owners get some cookie sheets or baking pans. We wanted to make cookies or brownies but couldn’t find any pan to use. (Maybe they have them but I searched the whole kitchen and couldn’t find any.) We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay

This was perfect for our small-ish group staying close to Yosemite where we spent a couple of days hiking. Great place to come back to with plenty of communal space both inside and outside. We made good use of the deck/BBQ and got a kick out of the deer that would stop by to say hello! The host was also very responsive, especially appreciate their flexibility with our arrival plans. Overall, a really great stay!

Gorgeous property, clean and well stocked. Peaceful and convenient location

This is a gorgeous house located in a safe gated community with lots of amenities. Everything that we needed was provided by our hosts. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. It was wonderful to see deer coming to graze in the mornings and evenings right by the house. We enjoyed watching them from the patio. Location was great for exploring the yosemite area.

Lovely Pine Mountain Lake Getaway

We loved this Pine Mountain Lake home! Obviously well taken care of….extremely clean, well stocked kitchen, nice furniture, great mountain decor and plenty of space for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. One of our children is in a wheelchair and this home had easy access for him. We would absolutely stay here again!

This Groveland home was perfect for our adventure in Yosemite. It was about an hour from the part of the park we were looking for, but the home is wonderful, clean and cozy. It really helped make our trip great!

Wonderful and relaxing Home

Groveland was a great location for us. We picked a different destination each day to visit in Yosemite and had a place to call home . for 5 days. Quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the deer coming in the yard every morning and night

Family Friendly Retreat

We loved the home - it was clean and well appointed with a spacious feel - everyone in our party was able to come together and hang out in the community spaces, dining, living and deck but also had adequate space in the bedrooms to chill too. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing too.

Excellent Experience

We stayed at Pine Mountain Lake a few times before and this was definitely the best experience. The unit was very clean with a fresh smell. All kitchen appliances looked like new, same for dishes, towels, beds and bedding. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Many small things that enhance your stay: beach towels and beach bag, full soap containers in kitchen and bathrooms, nice dining area fully set up for your arrival, etc. Overall, we felt that our hosts truly cared about our vacation experience.
