What a Home! This home has it all! When you walk into this home the first thing you see is the Mountain view. This home has so many options for entertaining. The great room features a fireplace, large dining area, and large windows to enjoy the views. The game room features a pool table, a full bar with 2 refrigerators and a wine fridge. The large, covered deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

This was a beautiful home with so much space, a great pool room/bar, and outdoor areas to take in the views. This home was even better than the photos portrayed!We skied Dodge Ridge (about 1.5 hrs away) and did Skydiving at Skydive Yosemite. Close to Groveland stores. The owner was super responsive. We will try to rent again.

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother’s 75th birthday. We had 9 Adults and 6 kids of various ages and the home wonderfully accommodated us all. There’s aspect of the property that need some TLC but overall it’s a great place for every occasion. The property manager is responsive and the owner as well. I recommend for anyone coming to PML

Perfect house for a reunion of friends in a peaceful setting

The house worked well for a reunion of friends. There was plenty of room inside and out to hang out and enjoy the company. The large kitchen with island and gas stove was great for preparing meals for our large group and for several people food prepping simultaneously. Beverage refrigerators in the bar were a plus and came in handy.We took full advantage of both indoor and outdoor dining options.The large outside deck with multiple seating areas is in the middle of the trees canopy, providing good bird watching opportunities. Peaceful and enjoyable.There were a few minor maintenance issues on the outside deck easily remedied but other than that everything was great, including communication with the owner, Ashish. Would recommend & definitely go back again.

Great Family Rental

This property was ideal for a family with 4 generations. The downstairs level offered young parents and small children enough space, beds and bathrooms to accommodate their needs. The main level offered our oldest family member a room and bathroom that meant they didn't need to climb stairs. The 3 rooms on the upper level were spacious and comfortably accommodated 4 adults. The space was dog-friendly with a convenient outdoor space on the deck where the animals could relieve themselves. There were many amusements including table tennis and billiards, as well as a spacious wet bar with 3 separate refrigerators to keep beverages cool. The kitchen was well stocked with essential items. The overall location was scenic, and our family made use of the lake, community pool and pickle ball courts. Communications with the property owner and manager were extremely quick. They were both very responsive when we had questions and needed guidance. Indeed, their replies were the fastest I have experienced with a property. When a concern arose, the property owner worked quickly to address it. My family all remarked on how fair-minded and understanding the owner was throughout our stay and leading up to it. My family discussed returning and look forward to more stays at this property near Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, and more locations that we treasure.

multi-family golf/hiking/waterski home base

This is a great house for multiple families! There is lots of space to spread out and also an extra large living/kitchen area for dinner and games. The large shaded deck was perfect for big dinners! We got a slip at Don Pedro Lake for the ski boat and left it there for our 4 day weekend. There is an extra long parking area on the side of the house where we left the trailer. Some of our group used and loved the golf course. There is excellent hiking nearby. The kitchen/bar/living area were perfect for cooking and mixing drinks! Internet was excellent. Bonus for Desi families - full set of Indian spices and an Instant Pot! Bring your own daal.

Groveland family reunion

The host was very responsive but the listing left out the fact that there is a $46 fee per car to enter the gated community where the house is located. The home is beautiful, spacious with plenty of room for our 5 couple stay. Hopefully the host will find a better cleaning service as the one that prepared for us was very disappointing. Overall we enjoyed this location.

Great Family Get Together

The house is great for family gatherings. It has item for babies as well as enough amenities to keep the kids busy. The house seemed safe for kids as well. The house felt clean and had plenty of essentials. Everything in the house was labeled for easy access. The garage was massive and can accommodate many cars to be out of the elements. Ashish was very responsive as well.

Another great vacation in the books!

Excellent House and Owner!!!

I've been to PML about 7 times and this by far has been the best house, owner and overall experience to date. The home is beautiful and the owner Ashish is a pure pleasure to deal with. Great timely communication, awesome flexibility and useful information. Can't wait to come back!!

Amazing getaway

Very well maintained, aesthetically furnished, and as good as new vacation home. Loved and thoroughly enjoyed ping pong and pool. Beds and beddings were clean, high quality and comfortable. Very reasonable and friendly host who gave us a lot of excellent tips. I would definitely come and stay here again!
