- This 2-story home (with basement) requires stairs for access and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main level. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor, an additional sleeping area in the loft
- The basement is not accessed via the stairs. You have to walk around the back of the house to get into the basement which serves as a game room.
- A fee of $50 per vehicle is charged weekly upon arrival at the gate, per Pine Mountain Lake Association
- In order to use the tennis & pickleball courts there is a $12 daily fee per person (paid on-site at the gate)
- Due to the presence of bears in the area, please leave all trash in the basement
