  • Ven a jugar o relajarte en esta casa nueva y bellamente decorada. Ubicado en una calle tranquila con muchos árboles y privacidad. Esta casa de 1700 pies cuadrados se encuentra en Pine Mountain Lake, una comunidad cerrada. Dentro de las puertas se puede jugar al golf, montar a caballo, nadar, navegar o pescar. El puerto deportivo principal tiene una playa de arena muy grande con voleibol, paseos en bote y una choza.

    La ciudad de Groveland ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias: supermercados y restaurantes.

    La casa es una base ideal para muchas excursiones de un día como: Yosemite, Hetch Hetchy, Lake Don Pedro, Columbia State Park, Tuolumne Meadows y ciudades mineras de Gold Country como Jamestown y Sonora, donde hay muchas tiendas de antigüedades. Yosemite y Hetch Hetchy tienen muchas rutas de senderismo y ciclismo. La casa está a solo 0,8 millas de la zona principal del puerto deportivo / playa. The house was perfect - equipped kitchen and spacious living room area. I had to work remotely, and Paulina was very helpful and quickly responded to my router questions. Just one thing to keep in mind if your goal is to walk to the lake. The details states “2 min walk,” but it will be a a steep 2 min walk back up to the property :) Great leg work out!

We had a relaxing stay with our family. Paulina was very responsive and accommodating. The open-concept kitchen was our favorite—spacious, well stocked, and perfect for making meals together.The only suggestion would be to update some of the furniture. The kitchen table chair cushions felt unstable, the couch was quite firm, and the mattresses (except for the king bed) were very firm according to several family members.Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed our time as a family.

The house was nice and clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay. There were just a few things that could’ve been better. There were a total of eight and there was not enough toilet paper and not long after we started the BBQ the propane ran out in the middle of cooking.

Description does not quite match the property. No way to get to water in 2-3 min, all waterfront in private property. Only access via marina which is super busy and NO parking, with only for residents parking. Unclear where “pool” is or how to access. Pictures are misleading as driveway is super steep not great for parking and garage and big area of house locked by owner. No access to many things and house is limited stocked. Dishes for NOT 8 barely 4 must run dishwasher all the time. BBQ is old and dirty and outside furniture uninviting (metal no cushion) especially when it’s hot ! Only two outside chairs had cushions to sit out on deck all others without padding- uninviting. Information in house is sparse and parking/car permit for community 50 not disclosed. We booked for a week and left a day early because it was so uninviting. Pillows on beds are extremely u comfortable. Please update furniture and make your house more inviting. Internet is limited by owner to the 2.4 Network which is not sufficient for a number of users!

Nice place to stay for Yosemite visit

There’s a very steep (about 35 degree angle) driveway and then a steep 19 step staircase to get into the house. The barbeques- the propane tank was almost empty, have to go fill up in the middle of preparing food.

Family trip to Yosemite

Place was great and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was there was construction in Pine Mtn Lake when we were there 6/6-6/8 and it was very disruptive. They would stop traffic multiple times between the house and the front gate. Sunday when we were leaving, it took us 40 minutes to get from the house to the front gate. Communication with owner was good and she was very reaponsive and helpful when I realized failed to her that we were bring an extra car and my son got stuck at the front gate. It was 9:30 pm and she had it taken care of in 10 min, which was much appreciated. Would stay there again.

Lots of space in this house

All the rooms were very large! The couch in the living room was comfortable and big enough for all 5 of us to watch tv in the evenings. The location was great - 30 minutes from the Yosemite entrance, I didn’t find many properties closer than that. We weren’t there long enough to make use of the beaches or other perks of the community but it looked like the area had a lot to offer. The only downside was the mattress on the bottom bunk. It looked like it was a futon mattress. The edge of the mattress had wood in it so sitting on the edge of the bed was uncomfortable. And the middle of the mattress had a big divot/seam in it which made us think maybe it belonged on a futon? My daughter said that it was uncomfortable and she didn’t get good sleep. All the other beds were fine though.

Yosemite trip

This home is great for a family. We stayed in July which was hot so we loved the use of the lake that is only 2-3 minutes away from the house. We also loved the large open kitchen off of the spacious family room. With that being said, the kitchen cabinets were a bit dirty and could use a good cleaning. The kitchen could also use a new set of pots and pans. There were very few and they were old and the surfaces were flaking off. There was also only one extra roll of paper towel and not enough toilet paper to last our stay. The refrigerator temp was also off. It didn’t feel cold when we arrived and then proceeded to get too cold and freeze all of the groceries we brought. All of our fresh salads and fruit were ruined due to freezing. Despite these needed improvements, we had a great time.

Perfect for our trip

This is a great little house located in the hills surrounding Pine Mountain Lake. The house has a very large kitchen that could support an entire family cooking together. The deck offers great views in the mornings and evenings. I appreciated how stocked and clean the house was. This served as a base for trips into Yosemite Valley. For that it was perfect. There were plenty of local options for food and groceries. I was also happy to see that there was air conditioning as the weather was pretty warm outside. A couple of minor gripes but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. -Mattresses were uncomfortable for my taste. In one room it appears to be a futon mattress on a bed frame. -Wifi connection was good using 2.4 gHz but the internet was extremely slow. Almost unusable. -The driveway is very steep! Something that should be disclosed in case there are older people staying in the home. It could be a challenge to park with a longer vehicle. This seems to be the norm for the area.

Overall good stay

We had a great stay overall. The house is comfortable and mostly well equipped. The layout is great and accommodated our family of four very comfortably. We didn't have to communicate with the host during our stay with the exception of the check-in process because the owner was still onsite when we arrived. We inquired about extra trash bins knowing we may generate a good amount of trash during our week-long stay, and the extra bins were promptly dropped off the next day. All the major appliances worked great - dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, and most importantly A/C. There is no hot tub at the house but it's not anything we cared about.There were just a few negatives we noted during our stay:- The house could us a professional deep cleaning, including vents. There was a lingering smell that we couldn't air out no matter how much we kept the windows open. There are spider webs throughout. And some of the provided bedding was stained (luckily we always bring our own).- Master bath needs additional hanging hooks/racks. The single towel bar that's there is not enough for two people to hang two bath towels and two hand towels.- The Wi-Fi was very slow (under 2 Mbps download speed). It wasn't possible to be on conference/video calls (important for anyone planning to work remotely during their stay). The streaming services on TV kept buffering.

Great property - do not overlook this one!

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days in June with plans to visit Yosemite, and it was everything we hoped for. Open floor plan, all conveniences of home, quiet neighborhood, and less than an hour to the Yosemite Valley. There's a grocery market and restaurant within minutes too!

Up, up, and away

I should have known better, but I rented the property anyway. There’s a very steep (about 35 degree angle) driveway and then a steep 19 step staircase to get into the house. That’s after driving up a very steep hill. (The address of Upper Skyridge Drive should have been a giveaway, shame on me for not catching it.) I believe the driveway would be scary-dangerous in winter, so I’m happy to have been there during warm weather. Once inside, the interior is well appointed, except for a few personal preferences. I prefer two sheets on the bed, we got one sheet. I prefer to use a washcloth when bathing, none were provided. I prefer internet service that’s consistent, this one was very spotty. Internet service had to be reset each morning. I prefer cookware that is useable, compared to the scratched and damaged pots and pans that were provided. The washer-dryer worked well. The toaster and coffee maker worked, but the wrong size and type of filter is provided. The oven, stove, and dishwasher worked. I could go on but will stop there.

Is a really nice and relaxing place but there is not privacy they are checking on you with video camera all the time and there is not hot water at night time but we still having a good time

Nice clean place

Me and my husband came up with our 2 kids for a family reunion. It was a nice clean place, good open concept layout. The place looks exactly like the pictures so expectations were right in line. Thanks for letting us stay. We would be happy to rent this place again in the future.

nice property with a big backyard

We loved staying at this home. It was very clean and it has a beautiful kitchen that was well stocked. The kids loved the bunk bed and playing in the expansive backyard. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was a nice bonus.

Nice stay

Would definitely stay again although beds were kinda uncomfortable and there wasn’t enough towels but did have a washer and dryer to wash them and the lake was out standing 10/10 would definitely be comming back again.

Weekend at PML

The house was very comfortable. It was nice to have air conditioning since it was very hot when we were there. We enjoyed the house very much. Paulina was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The Pine Mountain Lake community is beautiful but there are a lot of rules for guests vs. owners (i.e. we had a very small homemade boat with us and were not allowed to use it in the lake; guests are not allowed to park at the lake on weekends, etc.) This seemed very restrictive especially since guests are charged $40 to enter the community. Review the rules on the Pine Mountain Lake website before you book.
