Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was great, across the street from a beach. I would recommend and also I would definitely stay there again!

Acceptable

My wife and I recently stayed at the Ginger Lily in an executive suite. I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend the suite as it is dark and dismal with no view whatsoever. On another stay at the hotel we were assigned a first-floor room with a balcony. The room was remarkably better and acceptable for the price. Continental breakfast has been criticised in numerous posts on this site, however, compared to some three and four-star establishments we have stayed at, the breakfast was adequate. Three pieces of toast, fruit juice, two pieces of fresh fruit, a yoghurt and a pot of tea or coffee. On one occasion I sampled the cooked breakfast which was two eggs and bacon. I will say that the food was tasty and for $13 per head in the Caribbean value for money. In the room, the services were adequate and in good condition.

Nice for beach vacations in Rodney Bay

Hotel staff was excellent, the hotel is comfortable and pool, garden and everything was great, we just have a problem related to roaches but it was only one day and we were fun for th rest of the days. The hotel is very close to a Reduit beach entrance and also about half of a mile to a mall and most of the best restaurants in the north of st Lucia are near to the hotel.

Kleines hübsches Hotel

Ein sehr hübsches kleines Hotel, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett und höfflich, die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Ausstattung sollte mal überholt werden, da einige Schränke defekt waren was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die Unterkunft ist eher am Ende vom Ort und daher ruhig. Das im Preis enthalte Frühstück ist eher dürftig aber kann gegen kleine Aufpreise verbessert werden.

The property was close to the beach. Staff was friendly, but a lot of mosquitoes. Our room was cleaned everyday but you need a universal cord because our room didn't have one and the hotel didn't have any extra ones. Overall i had a good experience and i LOVE St Lucia.

The Ginger Lily hotel is a very beautiful little hotel with 11 spacious and attractive rooms set in a very picturesque and peaceful location. It is ideal for relaxing but is just a short walk (150 metres) to the beach and approximately half a mile walk into the shops, restaurants and bars of Rodney Bay village. If you are looking for a peaceful, friendly hotel in touching distance of things more lively then i can recommend the Ginger Lily.

Very poor customer service. There were no towels in the room after room service. No portable water in left in the fridge. The breakfast was wark; just fruits, yogurt, a ripe banana, few toast and artificial / processed fruit juice. And you have to pay extra if you want eggs, bacon etc.

Its smaller then I thought. And things are a little on the used and need replacing side. Hot is not consistent and cable was off while we were there. But the staff is very pleasant, and I love Bubbles the cat, he is the sweetest.

They live up to their claim that they are St. Lucia's best kept secret. The Hotel is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. The front desk even help us book our return trip to the airport based on our preference (cheaper too)....very welcoming staff and they remembered us from our previous stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and garden area is very private and it is very quiet. Hammock outside the rooms are a nice touch.

Hidden Gem

Ginger lily is a hidden gem ... a small but lovely hotel in a great location near to the beach. Booked for 3 nights with a plan to move on to another part of the island for a few days ... but just decided to stay for the rest of the holiday as so relaxing and the staff were lovely.

It was clean and very close to a lot of places. Staff was friendly. I really loved it. Only one recommendation: breakfast was awful. From a place where fresh fruits are literally in every corner, I expected more. Fruits were not fresh at all. Anytime I would ask for something, I was completely ignored. And everyday was the same story. I had to returned it three times to get it right and all I was asking was a fried egg 🙈. Everything is perfect. Don’t get too excited for the breakfast. You will stay pay and it’s not worth it at all.

Souriez,la vie est belle.

Un cadre idyllique, un personnel à votre service très présent.Malheureusement le petit dejeuner était simple et peu varié,sans specialité de l'île.Aussi la climatisation n'était pas assez forte et impossible à régler.La nuit supplementaire revient plus chère,il vaut mieux regler sur internet.
