LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! If you want spacious, high specification, secure accommodation in the heart of Rodney Bay then this might be what you need! No need for expensive hire cars - supermarkets, shops, cafes, bar, restaurants and beach are all within a few minutes walk from the house.

No17 The Harbour is a waterfront townhouse, in the heart of Rodney Bay Village, tastefully furnished to a high specification. It is one of 25 properties set in private, lush, tropical gardens behind secure electronic gates. We are fully COVID certificated by the St Lucian government.

The front of the house has open views across the Harbour and Marina, with private jetty/dock (great for boats or late night fishing) and a communal outdoor pool. The rear of the property leads through gardens and the secure car park to the village and beach. Our housekeeper and concierge will be on hand to make sure your stay goes smoothly.

Ground Floor: The spacious open-plan ground floor is air conditioned and comprises covered open air patio, living room (TV/DVD/WiFi), dining room, cloakroom plus a well equipped kitchen & laundry room. French doors lead from the lounge to the waterfront patio.

First Floor: Two Air Conditioned En-Suite Bedrooms - one with King-size bed, TV/DVD, Bluetooth Speaker, Hairdryer, Walk-In Wardrobe, Balcony and Bathroom with twin basins/bath/shower/toilet; and one with twin beds (can be joined to make King size), TV, Bluetooth Speaker, Hairdryer, Wardrobe, Juliet Balcony and Shower Room with shower cubicle/single basin/toilet.

Second Floor: Master Suite - Air-conditioned with King-size bed, TV/DVD/WiFi, Bluetooth Speaker, Dressing Area, Hairdryer & Straighteners, Balcony and En-Suite Bathroom with shower cubicle/bath/twin basins/toilet.

Mezzanine Floor: Air-conditioned with Double Sofa Bed (suitable for one adult or two children) & desk. This is the only house on the complex with an additional mezzanine floor.

Housekeeper Service: Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm. Our housekeeper is happy to offer occasional cooking and personal laundry service for an additional charge - this can be arranged with her locally.

All the activities in Rodney Bay Village and the beautiful Reduit Beach are an easy walk away; whilst the National Trust Property - Pigeon Island and the IGY Marina are a mere 10 min land or water taxi ride away. Unless you want to explore the island (and there is lots to see and do) there is no need for a hire car. Excursions to all the key sites are widely available as are local taxis. Our concierge will be on hand to help and advise you.

Location, location, location. Be aware that many villas on St Lucia are very isolated with nothing within walking distance and a hire car will cost you around US$100 per day. No17 the Harbour will give you luxury, privacy and security whilst being a very short walk from everything you will need. Rodney Bay has numerous shops, supermarkets, bar, cafes and restaurants with the beach an easy 15 minute walk away.

Please note that the vivacious atmosphere of the neighborhood means there might be occasional music from the neighboring restaurants and bars. This is a testament to the condo's central location and the lively ambiance that makes Rodney Bay a sought-after destination. Embrace the urban rhythm and energy of this vibrant community, where convenience meets entertainment at your doorstep.

Can’t think of one thing we’d change. We plan to stay here again in the future. Clean, friendly, excellent styling and decor, great location, the whole team made our stay convenient, comfortable and effortlessly perfect.

This townhouse was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the back patio that over looked the bay. Restaurants, grocery stores and beach were all within walking distant. We recommend a tour and taxi company that is just down the street from the townhouse. They were very accommodating and reasonable. H&B Tours/Suziana & Shane. 1-758-572-0872.We recommend staying at this townhouse.

Perfect place for my husband and I, and our 2 boys (23 &20). Plenty of space to spread out-even for my son to work remotely…house was well stocked and immaculate thanks to Esther the housekeeper. Great location as well!

The host was great! Wonderful amenities. Great location. Would definitely stay here again. We hired a private boat excursion that picked us up right at our condo. Very clean. No need for a car rental. There are taxi drivers right outside the gate.

What a brilliant place to stay. Beautiful house BUT there is a bar/night club 2 doors down where they play loud heavy base music Thursday to Sunday upto 2 am sometimes. A great great shame.

We had a lovely time in St. Lucia. The villa and management team made our stay feel like we had a home away from home! ❤️ The kids loved the “secret reading room” on the third floor. Views were amazing. Location was perfect! We didn’t have hot water for the first week, but it was addressed and the cool showers didn’t bother us much at all. Overall, it was a wonderful two weeks in the beautiful island of St. Lucia!!! 🇱🇨❤️ We will coming back! ❤️ LaMontagne's

Just finished our 8 day stay at Rodney Bay in St. Lucia. We had a wonderful time. Took our three college age kids and friends. We spent tons of time on the beautiful Veranda at this lovely property. Great location with easy access to all that you would need.

We just finished up our week here in St. Lucia. This house was perfect for us. We had the dock so Captain Cliffs boating could come pick us up right outside. We had the grocery store around the corner for when we wanted to eat in and all of the restaurants right outside the gate for when we didn’t. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio at night and listening to the fish jump. We had no problems with mosquitoes or any other bugs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Esther was very nice and helpful. We had Donald as our driver for the week and he was also very nice and helpful. He recommended the street party on Friday night and we had a blast. I definitely recommend this house and visiting St. Lucia!

Clean, well-equipped and spacious home in the heart of Rodney Bay. Close to beach, stores and restaurants. Lovely covered outdoor space with a view of the marina. Warm and quiet pool on property. We were well cared for by Esther, the housekeeper and Illtyd, the concierge. Owner Yvonne was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for an alternative to a resort, this is it! Our experience with Yvonne (owner) was excellent. She reached out to us at the time of booking and was very helpful leading up to our stay - if she couldn't help - she directed us to Illtyd (concierge). We arrived on a Sunday evening, Ester (housekeeper) was there to meet us (with rum punch chilling in the fridge) and showed us around the house. Ester was terrific the entire time - even ran into her at the Castries Market and she helped us find mangos. Just a heads up, the community does have a gate that works via remote (no code) so when you arrive, make sure you coordinate your time or have a phone number ready so Ester can let you through the gate! Illtyd stopped by on Monday morning and gave us a quick rundown on the area and offered to make any arrangements for transportation, day trips, or dinner reservations. I'm a planner, so I jumped the gun on some day excursions, but Illtyd was very helpful with dinner reservations / arranging for ground transportation - ask for Ernie - he's great! I used What's App to communicate with Illtyd and she typically responded within a few minutes. The house was as advertised and is very well kept. The private dock is awesome. We went on a day excursion and the charter boat picked us up and dropped us off right outside of our unit. The location is great - the mall is across the street, plenty of food options, and is less than a 15-minute walk. We loved it!!!

It was a pleasure staying here! The townhome is stunning. Yvonne and her team were very helpful with any prep/organization that needed to be done beforehand. Esther is such a joy and we really appreciated her during our time in St. Lucia. It was very safe; security was friendly and helpful as well. Would for sure stay here again.

The house is in a small gated community in Rodney Bay, across the road from shops and restaurants. The pool area is small but quiet and a great way to cool down, the beach is about 5 minutes walk from the property. The house itself is exactly as the pictures show, it’s light, bright, clean and spacious. There is a lovely breeze that flows through the house when the doors are open and the outdoor sitting area is a perfect place to sit and watch the flying fish. The views from two of the bedroom balconies are over the marina and perfect for watching the sunrise.. Having a housekeeper (she’s lovely) is a bonus, we didn’t use the concierge service as much as we could have but it was useful for arranging transfers. If we return to St Lucia, we would certainly come back to the Harbour.

The property is even better located than described. You are on the main Rodney Bay road right across many restaurants the grocery store and coffee shops. For first time visitors the roads on the island are a little bit of a shock, one lane up and down the mountain with sharp curves. Take a water taxi if you can, picks up right at the back of the house, call rule the tide water taxi at 758-716-6733. We will be back

We just got back from St. Lucia and really enjoyed this property. Spent a lot of time on the verandah, very sizeable. Exceptionally clean, Esther did a great job keeping the place clean for us. Since we signed up for a boat charter, it was wonderful to get dock service. We felt like we were leading glamourous lives! Had a little too much noise from the bar next door on both Friday and Saturday nights but other than that absolutely no complaints!

So good we booked to return. The location was ideal for us, we loved to walk to the beach or the marina or just sit at the accomodation. The house had everything in it that you would need. Ester, the housekeeper looked after us very well. Great choice of restaurants nearby with Thursday night Fish and Chips a must at the house a few doors away. We have already booked to return.

Wow! We loved staying at #17! This home is beautiful - very spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped kitchen, beautiful views onto the harbor. We enjoyed the patio/open air room off of the living room every day and also every evening. There were lounge chairs with cushions provided that we could take out on the well manicured lawn. There was daily housekeeping that included changing our towels every other day, changing the bed mid-week, and general cleaning of the house. Spotless! The homeowners are so thoughtful - there were electric converters in just about every room, umbrellas by the door in case of rain, even beach bags! It is obvious that Yvonne and Peter love this home and take very good care of it! If we get back to St. Lucia, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Yvonne and Peter! Additionally, the location is very convenient and it's easy to get taxis, the 1A bus, groceries, restaurants, etc. Highly highly recommend.

This townhouse is in a great location, conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, shops, and the beach. The dock lends itself well for water taxi service. Finding something this convenient is rare in Saint Lucia. Our housekeeper and concierge did a fabulous job giving an overview of the home and amenities as well as the local highlights. The living space was well-suited for our family of five adults with three bedrooms. We would definitely book this townhome again.

My family and I stayed here in July/August 2022, and loved it. The local beach is a short walk away, a wide choice of restaurants and stores right on your doorstep, and Esther the housekeeper added a great warmth to our visit. The views across the harbor, both day and night, are delightfully relaxing. We took a boat across to pigeon island, and it picked us up from the dock right in front of the property! Absolutely perfect.
