"First, off the owner of the property is easy to work with. They were able to accommodate me in a short period of time. The property is newly built. I do believe we were the first to stay in the property. There's a rooftop that allows you to have a glance at the city. I would definitely recommend it and will be staying again. The parking my get a little rough, but there's street parking along the side of the buildings."

"Upon arrive at the place… Air-conditioning – ONLY the bedroom has air-conditioning which you are told cannot go below 74 degrees, the main house there is NO air-conditioning at all. "My time at this villa was phenomenal. It gave my family of four ladies the best of both worlds in one vacation . Close enough to town but far enough from others that everything felt private. "We liked the fact that we received information for the place in terms of location , room access code , etc the evening prior to our flight... kudos . We had no problem getting around, accessible public transportation, close to Rodney Bay. We met the owner who has a warm approach , like we were old friends.
