"We had the Mozart Suite which was a lovely size room! The hotel was clean tidy, great location for the Transport Network, close to the centre and local Xmas Markets! The hotel bar was cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful and would definately recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"We had an excellent stay at Citadenes. We were 4 people with 2 teens, usually hotels provide one room, but here we had two rooms attached which was so convenient and comfortable. Plenty of food options around. There is a mega mall right in front with lots of shopping and food options. Staff was very friendly, and coffee in the lobby was great. "

"Unfassbar nette Mitarbeiter und eine sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer, welches ziemlich groß und gemütlich eingerichtet war. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war für uns der schöne Innenhof. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise konnte man sich Glühwein am eigenen kleinen Stand holen. Zum Check-In gab es für jede Person einen Gutschein für einen hausgemachten Punsch oder Glühwein. Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt und eine klare Empfehlung!"

"Beautiful hotel with welcoming friendly staff. The hotel has historical interests and displays many antiques of the time throughout. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was self service with plenty of selections available. The hotel is placed really well for all that beautiful Vienna has to offer."

Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Service war Freundlich , hilfsbereit und Aufmerksam, das Frühstück war großartig , mit viel Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Es fehlte an nichts. "Hyvä sijainti, helppo lähteä joka suuntaan. Lentokenttä bussi tuli ja lähti ihan nurkan taakse. Huoneet tilavat, siistit, juuri remontoidut, hyvät sängyt. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli pöytiin tarjoiluna, valitse vaihtoehdoista systeemillä, joka aamu sama, todella suppea. Vois olla vaikka kolmen aamun kiertävä lista. Nyt syötiin kolme aamua ihan samat ruuat. Mutta, se mitä tarjottiin oli hyvää."
