This charming 4-bedroom house. With three queen beds and two cozy bunk beds, it’s perfect for all outings. The house features three bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer. House has all expected amenities, fully loaded kitchen, laundry , TV, board games and Internet. Guest can relax in a nice, comfortable space that feels like a true home away from home. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this awesome house offers a welcoming vibe throughout. Enjoy all that Groesbeck has to offer when you stay at our place.

This is a working ranch with other facilities and live in workers to ensure that if anything is needed or anything broken has to be fixed someone is always available. This house is the only piece of the property we rent out and nobody else will have access to the house, backyard, dock or lake while you’re here.
