"Very nice and clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, especially the ones at the bar. Only trouble is parking; you have to walk quite a ways sometime from the parking garage to the hotel. But that's not so much on the hotel as it is on the (sometimes poor) city planning of the city of Antwerp.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Antwerp!"

"It was a very modern and stylish accommodation, with very cute yet functional and comfortable personal space.
The only thing I didn’t like is that it is uncomfortable when there are many men in the room as a woman. Sharing bathroom and everything else just feels weird.
So it would have been so much better if there was a difference among men’s and womens dormitory room."

"Check in staff was rude and condescending and unbecoming of Crowne Plaza Hotel IHG Brand. Check-In Staff need training on customer service.
Parking and Breakfast are not included and not worth the price. Free parking is on a busy street. We were told there have been vehicle break ins. Do not leave any belongings in your vehicle.
The rooms are not clean. The walls had stains and scuff marks. One of our bedroom doors looked damaged.
The beds were not made properly, and the carpets have...

"Uitzicht vanuit junior suite was geweldig. Ligging van het hotel ook goed, pal naast Chinatown.
Wat ons tegen viel: enorme wachttijd bij inchecken, veel spam in aanloop van overnachting (over toevoegen betaalde upgrades etc), kinderbedden niet klaar gezet. Zwembad koud, stoombad stuk. Ontbijt veel keuze maar van mindere kwaliteit."
