The countryside location provides an array of activities for all (coarse fishing is included), and it is only a short journey from the coast and its stunning sandy beaches.

No stag, hen or other party bookings allowed.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit/good housekeeping deposit is required for all bookings of £100.00 which is payable on arrival. The lead guest must report to reception to check in.

Option 1 (Pre-Authorisation): A £100 payment will be taken as a pre-authorisation on a debit or credit card. This will then be held by your bank as a pending transaction. Providing no damages are made the pending transaction will fall away 10 – 14 days after the date It was authorised by you, depending on who you bank with.

Option 2 (Payment): A transaction of £100.00 will be taken (and paid to Willow Lakes) on check in. When you check out and once the cottage has been serviced and providing no damages have been report by housekeeping £97.50 will then be manually refunded back on to your card within 2-3 working days. The total is minus the charges we have to pay to the bank to make the refund. Please note – A proof of refund slip can be emailed upon request.
