Seafront luxury villa with panoramic view over the Bay of St Tropez

You just need to cross the street to access the family beach called Les Cigales, famous for its small lighthouse.
Les Cigales is a spacious villa of 220 m2, fully renovated with high-end facilities and can easily accommodate up to 10 people in its 4 en-suite bedrooms.
It is surrounded by a beautifully maintained Provencal garden of 2000 m2, ideal for times of relaxation. As you enter through the automatic gate, there is space to park up to 4 cars. On the seafront terrace, you can enjoy the stunning views over the bay of Saint Tropez. At the back of the house, there is a swimming pool (equipped with with an alarm system for young children) surrounded by palm trees, a table for 8 people, a traditional BBQ, a petanque court and a hammock.
The house has all the comfort and facilities you would expect with Wifi, TV lounge, fire place, air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen (American refrigerator, wine fridge, oven, induction fire, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker…). Next to the kitchen, outside, there is a very nice patio where you can have your meals.

This property is 2.5km to Ste Maxime, with a nice dedicated bicycle and pedestrian pathway all along the bay. Cycle hire is available in town. Sport facilities are nearby: 800 meters to Beauvallon Golf Club, 1 km to the Ste Maxime tennis club (facing the sea) and 1.5 km to the sailing school.
The village center of Ste Maxime has numerous restaurants, shops, and a casino. Every morning, there is a local market in the village center with local, fresh products. Ferry service to Ste Tropez from Ste Maxime goes every 15 minutes.
Port Grimaud (small Venice) is 2 km from the residence.

Grande maison piscine bord de plage

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette maison spacieuse, chaque famille indépendante avec sa salle de bains, toilette. Une belle terrasse ombragée,table pour 10 personnes, piscine,pétanque, coin barbecue avec grande table . Beaucoup de place pour garer les voitures et surtout la plage familiale à 30m. C’est parfait pour les enfants. Le bruit de la route à proximité nous a très peu gênés. Merci à Céline pour son accueil.

Great week in the south of France

I stayed here for a week with my two teenage children and elderly parents. The villa really does have a super location, opposite a good beach and a perfect view of the bay and St Tropez. The air conditioning was much welcomed in the heat of the day and of course the swimming pool. The villa is private and has plenty to keep you occupied with petanque, ping pong etc Thanks Celine !

Tolle Gastgeberin und ein tolles Haus

Das Haus hat einen wundervollen Garten, 2 Grills und einem kleinen Pool. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Innenhof mit viel Schatten, wo man gut auch bei größerer Hitze sitzen kann. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Badezimmern und einem großen Wohnzimmer, alles mit Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Küche ist mit Backofen, Herd und Mikrowelle sehr gut ausgestattet und auch Pfannen, Töpfe, Besteck, Gläser etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Celine ist ein sehr nette, unaufdringliche, aber sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Besser geht es nicht. Einziger Wermuttropfen ist die laute Straße und dort herrscht meistens Stau. Es ist halt die einzige Straße nach Saint Tropez. Dafür die direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ein schöner kleiner Strand (näher geht nicht) und 100 Meter Richtung Saint Maxim ein wirklich schönes Strandlokal (Achtung Geheimtipp: Es gibt keine Schild, nichts, man geht einfach ein Treppe runter. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

beachfront property

The owner greeted us with a warm welcome with great communication! We were driving from Paris and she kept on checking in on us to ensure we got there. She gave us a tour of the house and we were impressed right away. The house has everything you need (mini shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels). My family of 7 shared the house and we had plenty of space. We loved walking to the beach right across the street then going to the pool after. We took day trips to Nice (1 hr), Cannes (1.5 hrs), Menton (2 hrs), Monaco (1.5 hrs), and Saint Tropez (40 mins). We enjoyed the smaller town the house was in but do be aware many people in restaurants do not speak English very well so do use a translator app. The house was clean but there were many many flies. Overall it was an amazing time in this authentic French home!

Les pieds dans l eau superbe

Nous étions 11...8 adultes et 3 ados. Superbe sejour. la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout le confort est là. Cuisine tres bien equipee. Pétanque piscine patio magnifique tout ça avec vu mer et 100m de la plage des cigales. Plage familliale tres propre et petit plus le phare !!un vrai havre de paix !!!on reviendra c est sûr

Top Class Holiday Villa

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish, there were 8 of us in total, 4 adults and 4 children from 7yr to 13yrs. Celine was very quick and friendly with all communication, which made things so easy. The pictures of this villa don't do the villa and gardens justice. Its very spacious, bathrooms are all nice and modern. The views are stunning, looking straight across to St Tropez. The pool and outdoor areas were brilliant, especially the terrace outside the kitchen where we spent all mealtimes and evenings. The beach immediately across the road is perfect for families or those looking for a bit of peace and quiet. Then maybe 300m down the road there is an amazing beach bar that isnt advertised online or even has any signage on the road. St Maxime is a great place and Port Grimaud is an absolute must to visit less than 10 mins drive away. We would highly recommend this villa and area.

Luksuriøs villa med fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved stranden

Dette er en fantastisk fin plass hvor vi svært gjerne kommer tilbake! En luksus villa hvor alt er rent og pent og fungerer tilnærmet perfekt. Vakkert innredet oppholdsrom og spisestue, og med fire funksjonelle soverom og tilhørende bad. Aircondition på soverommene. Kjøkkenet var praktisk og godt utstyrt. Fra kjøkkenet kan du gå rett ut til en innelukket patio med rundt bord under en flott pergola og med grill. En perfekt plass for å innta alle måltider, og å sitte om kvelden. Bassengområdet ligger tilbaketrukket og fungerer godt til soling. Har du lyst på et bad i sjøen, er det bare å spasere rett over veien. Selv om villaen ligger rett ved siden av hovedveien, er ikke trafikkstøy noe problem da alle vinduer er støyisolert, og uteområdene ligger bak huset og er fullt ut skjermet for innsyn og støy. Den eneste negative erfaringen var at vi grunnet en forsinkelse på reisen og andre uforutsette og uheldige forhold, ikke fikk kontakt med utleier og fikk sjekket inn. Vi måtte ta inn på en nærliggende hotell og utleier kompenserte oss fullt ut for den utgiften og beklagde sterkt det inntrufne. Det kaller jeg fremragende service! Vi fikk også avtalt en sein utsjekking klokken 15:00 da villaen ikke skulle leies ut samme dag, slik at vi fikk nyttet avreisedagen i hagen og ved bassenget. Positivt!

Magnifique villa de bord de mer avec grand jardin ombragé de palmiers

Cette villa est idéale pour les grandes familles ou les groupes d'amis car chacun a sa chambre isolée avec sa salle de bains. les matériaux tant extérieurs qu'intérieurs sont de belle qualité alliant bois, pierre, verre. L'accès à la plage est idéal. 2 points déjeuners sont proposés : - l'un dans le jardin avec grande table et berbecue - l'autre près de la cuisine sous un kiosque recouvert de verdure idéalement situé entre Sainte Maxime et Saint Tropez que l'on peut rejoindre à vélo. Nous recommandons vivement cette demeure car nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances et gardons de merveilleux souvenirs. Nous reviendrons !...

Great villa on ideal location - fantastic holiday home!

We were two families enjoying a great week of vacation in this beautiful provencial style villa, though with plenty of modern amenities. Best ever location right at the Beach side and with a beautiful garden with pool, sunbeds, petanque Court and several great places to rest, dine and reharge with friends or Family. Great for kids. Would definitely recommend. Also the local hosts were kind and easy to get in touch with and every request were attended to immediately.

Nous avons passé un séjour en octobre extrêmement agréable. Nous étions avec deux bébés et la localisation de la villa est exceptionnelle : plage accessible en face, à 15 minutes de Saint Tropez en voiture hors saison. La maison en elle-même est géniale.
