Ideally located, between Saint-Tropez, Grimaud and the beaches of Pampelonne Ramatuelle, in the heart of a prestigious residence of 8 flats, L'Escale welcomes up to 6 people.

The very bright flat is functional, well appointed and fully air-conditioned.
It offers :
- A living room with an American kitchen
- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a shower room
- A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bunk bed and a shower room .
- An independent toilet
- A beautiful sheltered terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, dining table and Weber barbecue
- A fenced garden

Additional information:
- Two TV's (one in the living room and one in the bedroom)

- Two parking spaces in the same secure building
- No smoking (inside)
- No pets allowed

The environment is ideal, calm and quiet.
You can enjoy the petanque court, the beach volleyball court and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool which is set in a magnificent 7,000 m² secure park with trees.

Grimaud, Ramatuelle, le Plan-de-la-Tour, so many villages to discover, which make the fame of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Other places of interest in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region within an hour's drive are Bormes-les-Mimosas, Cannes, Antibes and Toulon.

Cleaning at the end of the stay: 140 €.
Bed and bathroom linen kit: 30 € per person per week
Any week started is due. (the fixed price remains the same for stays of less than a week).
Beyond one week, same principle, any week started is due.
Payment will be made on arrival.
If you wish to bring your own sheets and towels, please let us know at the time of booking.
