Absolutely a nightmare woman at the front desk was so rude and disrespectful She hang up on me when I needed help with the WiFi then she came in my room and knocked so hard on my door came inside and was so upset then she left and slam the door I didn’t feel safe in that place

Perfect location to stay and visit St. Tropez which is 15 min by car. Very nice beach across the street. The staff was very friendly. Very clean pool and beautiful landscaping.

Le propriétaire était toujours dans les parages, toujours prêt à discuter, à donner quelques conseils ou à débattre des subtilités de la météo méditerranéenne. L’emplacement était excellent et, comme par miracle, nous avons eu la seule chambre de l’hôtel avec un balcon donnant sur la mer. Comment avons-nous réussi ce coup-là ? Mystère… Mais nous ne poserons pas de questions : nous nous contentons de dire merci ! L’hôtel était complet, et pourtant j’ai à peine croisé d’autres clients (une rencontre éclair au bord de la piscine à minuit ne compte pas vraiment). Peut-être que tout le monde s’était caché dans les chambres sans balcon, par jalousie ! L’arrivée tardive s’est faite sans aucun problème, ce qui était très appréciable, et le restaurant était meilleur que la plupart de ceux des environs. The owner was always around, happy to chat, dispense advice, or debate the finer points of Mediterranean weather. The location was excellent, and somehow we landed the one room in the hotel with a balcony overlooking the sea. How we pulled that off, we'll never know but we're not asking questions, just saying thank you. The hotel was fully booked, yet I barely saw another guest (one fleeting poolside encounter at midnight doesn't count). Perhaps everyone else was hiding in their non-balcony rooms out of envy. Late check-in was refreshingly hassle-free, and the restaurant outshone most others in the area. Overall: thoroughly impressed, thoroughly relaxed, and thoroughly worth it.

We had a wonderful time here. The owner is on site almost all the time and nothing is too much trouble for her and the staff. They are all very friendly and staying here is like staying in a private holiday home. Food is always good and the property is kept clean and looked after

We had a wonderful time! Such a caring and friendly host - we had feeling that we are staying with the family . Absolutely beautiful area of the villa and convenient distance to st tropez! Booked already our next stay there! Thank you very much special time ♥️

Everything is Perfect

As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed and that view as soon as you walk into the hotel is breathtaking. We wished we had stayed longer. It is a beautiful boutique hotel and I would highly recommend staying here. We even had dinner and it was delicious. Everything about this hotel was spectacular and the service was excellent.

Very nice property, Swimming pool amazing, however there was ants infestation on the swimming pool chairs. Quiet from the noise of the traffic, however we had a room by the kitchen and they clinked pants and whatever till midnight.

Wir waren sehr glücklich und zufrieden in der Villa und haben uns gefühlt wie Daheim. Ruth und Mark waren immer stets bemüht das es uns an nichts fehlt und wir haben sogar unseren Aufenthalt verlängert weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber und das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wir freuen uns schon darauf nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Amazing place in Cote d'Azur

Staying at Villa Les Rosiers was truly magnificient! This hotel is a hidden gem, where everything is done to the level of excellence in details. We stayed for two nights - enjoyed swimming and chilling in a beautiful pool area. We had a delicious dinner. Food was gorgeous, hospitality outstanding. It is very rare to find a place like this. Absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Les Rosiers for our two nights. Beautiful small boutique hotel with good sized rooms, private outdoor patio, beautiful pool area and lounging areas throughout the property to relax. The owner couple were so hospitable and friendly and inviting. We dined at the hotel one night and it was by far our best dining experience during our entire time in France!! The chef did an exquisite meal for us both as my wife loved her lamb dish and my freshly caught sea bream was fantastic. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Si vous cherchez un bel endroit avec une vue magnifique sur le golf et un personnel extrêmement attentif ,d’un grand professionnalisme, souriant , affable , toujours à l’écoute du client . Vous l’avez trouver , Réservez à la Villa les Rosiers . Nous avons passé un séjour dans plus reposant , avec un accueil chaleureux de toute l’équipe . Un grand merci aux maîtres des lieux , sans oublier le personnel , Luigi , Elodie et les autres sans exception , on s’est senti en famille et on prévoit de revenir très vite en septembre pour un nouveau séjour . Encore bravo à tous .

Could have been better

Our experience was not what we expected We were met by the owner of the Villa whose first words were why are you here? You do not have reservations. She attempted to tell us that we are not supposed to be checking in on the day and that she does not care about what we have as a confirmation, there are no rooms for us. A few minutes later, somehow the rooms became available, and our reservation was in fact found. Not the best welcome! The property is beautiful, the rooms are not and look nothing like the pictures on your website. Our experience would’ve been better if the hostess’ attitude was a little more customer service like and a little less fascist!

This is a magnificent property with just 12 rooms most of them overlooking the manicured yard, pool and ocean across. The pool is heated just enough to enjoy it in mid October. Located just a couple of miles from Saint Tropez! Highly recommend, hope to go back.

My recent experience at the stay of the villa. The first impression was amazing, the lady Benedict were very pleasant and nice and the villa itself was beautiful- I was very happy with my choice. When the lady took us to the room she explained how to lock the door and pretty much that’s it with information we were given. She didn’t mention that there’re shutters in the balcony that have to be closed at night. And I wasn’t aware about the existence of them at all. We came late on our first day back to the hotel after experiencing St. tropez down town. We locked all our valuables in the safe apart the jewellery I was wearing to the the dinner that night. I took all my jewellery off worth $18,000 euro. Closed the balcony and curtains but not the shutters as I wasn’t aware of them. During the night someone broke into our room and stole jewellery I was wearing that night. We were deeply asleep, lucky us who knows what could’ve happened to us if one of us woke at The moment when the robbers were inside room. We woke up with fully opened balcony and the empty box of the jewellery was on the chair outside. I was petrified and called the manager of the hotel. The most shocking part was the way the owners of the villa handle this situation, they didn’t even call the police and brush us off, they advised us to go ourselves to the police providing us with the wrong address. To finalise the story the owner of the villa - the lady was the rudest person and didn’t offer any help.
