"Our second stay and we loved it. Great little lodge, with private hot tub and sauna. Albeit the Sauna was slightly less fun as the last time, due to the door not closing fully and the heater kept turning off. We still loved it and staff are great too. We will be back"

"Very, very steep stairs to the apartment. Spacious with 2 separate rooms. Microwave, toaster and air fryer but no oven or hob. Not enough cutlery/crockery. No tea towel! I'd say not very well equipped. "

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time.
Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was.
The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor.
Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really...

"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later.
2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe.
3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor.
Rooms spacious, furnishing basic
We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked.
There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...

"Had an amazing time at Lemon Squeezy House. A really fantastic property that catered perfectly to our need for an extended family get together, with ample communal and break out areas. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Would happily stay again, highly recommended."

"Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice!
Rutland water is only a 15min drive!

"From start to finish everything was just perfect!
Directions to find the hut were clear and check in was easy, the hut was beautiful and had everything you need for a lovely little weekend away. The hot tub was amazing - sitting out under the stars enjoying a drink or two! We ordered more wood for the hot tub and it was dropped off to us in no time at all.
We took a short drive to Belvoir castle for coffee & cake - a nice little place to have a look round if you fancy getting out and about....
