Little Colorado Lodge (Cabin 175)

Summary:

Greer's Riverside Getaway is part of Lost Resort's exclusive cabin collection and is just steps away from the Main Street of Greer and the newly improved village walkway. This Getaway is large and spacious with plenty of room for the whole family or a large group.



**Greer Riverside Getaway IS NOT a pet friendly cabin** Guests will be asked to leave if dogs are brought to the cabin. No exceptions.



**Please note that SAME DAY BOOKINGS MAY BE AVAILABLE, even if this is not reflected on the calendar. Please call us at 928-248-1088 from 9 am - 5 pm to inquire.



The Space:

This cabin has secured a dedicated high-speed fiber internet connection so you can stay connected and even work remotely if your visit requires. The cabin also features a gas grill and seating along the furnished, covered porch to enjoy the evening and some home grilling.

There is no smoking allowed inside the cabin or outside on any decks/surrounding areas. Thank you!

**This cabin does not allow pets of any kind.



Guest Access:

There is parking for two vehicles adjacent to the cabin.



Other Things to Note:

**Please note that the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom does not function as a "jacuzzi" at the moment. The buttons for the jets are broken and it will be set to be fixed later in the year. The tub is still functional as a bathtub. Thank you!



Please note:

The Lost Resorts will be reserved for private weddings and events on the dates listed below. During these times, while cabin bookings may still be available, please note that the grounds and barn will be restricted for event use only. If you have already booked a cabin during one of these dates and prefer to cancel due to the grounds' privatization, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your stay.

Wonderful property. We will be back for sure!

Loved this home. Only issue was that we couldn’t find the nearby dumpsters. We left our collected trash near the driveway, but were concerned about animals grabbing the trash. Other than they, the property is magnificent. We will be back.

Disappointing

The cabin has great views and that’s it. This was a tough weekend for my family as we were there for my Dad’s celebration of life. My family as been part of Greer since 1973. I turned 3 other family to rent from this location. On first arrive porch lights were burnt out and one fixture hanging on by 1 wire. Negative stairs with out luggage and babies was very difficult with no light. Kitchen appliances were dirty. Coffee pot looked that is was burnt several times. Washer and dry fifthly. No dishwasher soap to do dishes. Bath Towels smelled so bad had to borrow some from my parents cabin. Sleeping was another nightmare. The French doors in master bedroom had no covers at all. So you were up as soon as the sun was up. No privacy for changing you clothes or anything. The cabin sets on the lake that is used all day by other guest. I was already low on sleep due to the circumstances and this added to it. The topper was on the 1st morning we woke to a dead smell coming from the bedroom behind laundry room. As the day heated up the smell got worse. I stop at the office reported the smell and the window coverings. They said the would check it. They never reached back out that day. When we returned to go to bed the smell in that room was so bad we had to pack up my two grand babies and parents. They had to go to my parents place which was already full and sleep on the floor. The next morning day of celebration of life I went back to the office

Disappointed in paradise

The cabin itself was great. Some of the amenities promised were lacking. The satélite tv didn’t work, the promised bbq was actually a small camping bbq. During our first morning there plumbers came into the cabin, not knowing anyone was staying there go fix a broken water heater so we had to quickly leave the cabin for 4-5 hours. When brought up to the property manager she shrugged her shoulders and said well you want hot water right… after a bit of complaining on our end she relented and paid for our breakfast.

So disappointed!

They canceled our stay 2 days before our trip and claimed that they emailed us to let us know to choose another cabin but we never received an email. So disappointed! This was a Father’s Day gift and they ruined it. They should have called if they did not hear from us or at least attempt to email us again.
