All listings focus on comfort and value to deliver a nice place to rest, work, and play. We invest in great mattresses, linens, big tvs with tons of streaming content, multiple desk areas, and well stocked kitchen.



This is our smallest and lowest price economy listing. There is 1 main room with the TV area, desk, and kitchenette. Off the kitchen area is the 1 full bedroom with queen murphy bed, and the updated bathroom. The TV area has a 2nd queen Murphy bed. We maximized the space and it can be comfortable for 2 people for a week or longer. Can do 3 or 4 people for shorter stays of 1-3 nights, but can be tight.



Bathroom includes fresh towels and shampoo / soap. This property has a laundry room on the first floor. Outdoor patio seating & grill is out back by the parking. Each Apartment has private parking to fit up to 2 cars front to back.

Rye Play land and other coastal / beach activities are all close.



This area of CT / NY have many little villages to explore, or the larger White Plains 10 mins away.

We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well. The neighborhood is nice, and it’s only an 10 minute drive to restaurants, supermarket, shopping, etc. Everything worked out well for our needs, and we would recommend a stay here if you’re traveling to the area.

Excellent Stay

This was my 3rd time staying at this location. It is in a safe and easy location, close to the downtown area and train. Quiet and very clean with all of the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive in getting back to me quickly in one inquiry made. I would be very glad to stay there again.

Disappointed

The apartment was clean, but it appears to be a work in progress. Closet was full of furniture, so there was no place to hang clothing. There was no dresser, so there was no place to put clothing for a week. There was no dishwasher. Had to wash dishes. Keurig coffee machine was not working. Coffee overflowed onto countertop. Outdoor table and chairs were filthy. Could not enjoy time sitting outside.I would not stay again.

Very good, needs a few details to make it great

The location of this place, convenience of check-in, and communication with the owner were wonderful. With a few changes this place would be really great. Right now the cleaning service uses a highly scented Fabuloso product, so if you're sensitive you may need to air the place out when you arrive. The main living space, which has one of the (very comfortable) Murphy beds has no window covering, and the window is right at ground level. So anyone walking in the driveway can see you, and in the morning the sun comes in. In the bedroom there is no light near the bed, so you have to get out of bed to turn the light off if you're reading. Towels were serviceable but thin. These are all minor issues that could be addressed in a day! The neighborhood is friendly and walkable, with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We were in town for a family event, so we didn't need any information about the area, but it would be lovely if there were some brochures or information left on the desk.

Quiet location, close to town

Great outdoor / patio space with adjacent for two cars. Located in a quiet residential area, about a 5 minute drive to the downtown business district. The host was quick to respond to a few questions that came up during our stay.

great level ground floor stay

We rented this for relatives who are in their 70s and 80s - it is totally flat and level and the car can pull right up outside. No steps or stairs, nice rooms, cute kitchen! It was quiet and in a quiet neighborhood. Will rent it again next time they visit us.

Basics were skimpy

We were disappointed in provision of basics: NO BAR soap in the shower, only Irish Spring shampoo, cheapest, thinnest toilet paper ever, skimpy glassware, silverware, utensils, totally awkward placement of furniture, a total of 3 washcloths, one hand towel, only 1 kitchen towel, no directions for the heating system. Location was convenient, and Murphy beds were fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend to my friends.
