"Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot.
There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. Even after we turned it off it made loud noises like an industrial refrigerator. 👎"

"I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and I had a city view, which was great. The only downside (and it's not that extreme) was their breakfast. It wasn't bad but just not may choices. I just prefer hot breakfast if I'm going to eat. I would definitely stay again."
