Please Note:
1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.
4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.
5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
6. Please remember that you are staying in the heart of downtown- there is a chance you can hear the street noise if cars or people are being loud. Do not expect it to be perfectly quiet in the apartment.
7. If you have a large party, book our sister property (The Red Door Apartment) right next door and have 5 bedrooms right beside each other!

We loved the apartment but most importantly we were able to host our grandkids (3 and 5) during the day because they had a new baby sister on Dec 23They enjoyed being at the apartment with us .Their parents were busy so we were able to make this holiday fun for them too!!

The apartment is nice in terms of the space, but holy cow. The noise especially at night from the street was unbearable! We were supposed to stay for two nights but our first night was so terrible we left the next morning and just ended up going home. So, most of our weekend plans were ruined due to staying at this place. Just read all the fine print, because owners would not refund us because they mention the apartment isn't 'perfectly quiet' down at the bottom of the listing. There is a parking deck across the street and if any event gets out or when the bars close it is an absolute you know what show with drunk people peeling out and reving their engines as they leave. We were honestly in shock at how roudy the street was, especially since we were in Greenville! The door lock was sketchy too, it worked, but the door frame around it is removed, so that along with the glass door and the hundreds of drunk people (some loitering and still drinking on the corner) was not a great feeling and our kids were actually scared someone was going to break into our apartment. It was honestly the worst stay we have ever had. A total waste of money and weekend! If you don't have plans to sleep, I guess you should stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, and clean, and the location was excellent. The only negative was the amount of car noise and people yelling outside in the middle of the night but that was definitely out of control of the unit itself. We actually thought Greenville was more quiet than it was on our weekend!

perfect for weekend getaway
This apartment is perfectly situated in downtown Greenville and proximal to most everything you’ll want to do in the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and accommodated our family easily. It was easy to find street parking for our car and we were able to walk everywhere.Notably, because it is in close proximity to the downtown area, there could be a lot of noise at night. Light sleepers might struggle, but we were otherwise immune to it.I

AIRBALL FOR ME - WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN
I might have liked this place in my 20’s, if I was clubbing and my sleep style was more black-out than serene slumber. Living on the 3rd story of a high-rise on a busy corner in Atlanta I know city noise. This place put that to shame. The first day was pleasant, but ALL evenings were crazy loud. Muscle cars & trucks, police sirens, panel trucks and the periodic drunk argument between friends or lovers. We took some console that our 1st day was quiet, but on the 2nd and 3rd day, construction began in the store front below each day at 8am, to the point that occasionally the floor vibrated. So construction during the day, Grand Theft Auto cosplayers in the evening . . . yeah, it was a bit torturous. Recommend using the white noise machines, but fair warning, a muscle car burning out in the nearby parking garage at 3am will cut right through that and awaken you from a dead sleep. FYI this was a weekday only stay. There were 1, 8 in Teflon skillet and 2, 6 in saucepans. Not an oven tin in sight, and no larger sized cookware. Good set of utensils thou (LOL)!The Wi-Fi network provided in the listing did not exist. I had to ask for the network and password for the secure Wi-Fi multiple times. The fact that the management company was not aware of the construction status of the retail unit below and included that detail in the listing and then did not offer some partial refund for that is what I have found to be typical of professionally managed units.

Ideal downtown Greenville location
Situated near great parking and just off main street near the Mast General Store, this condo is ideal for visiting the downtown area. You could walk to virtually everything though the nearest grocery might be a bit of a trek for some. Not to worry, parking in the nearby garage is super convenient. Internet was reliable and the unit was comfortably appointed.

Great condo in a great location.
I was here for work and others stated, since it’s downtown it can be a bit noisy, however the owners provide noise machines and fans which really helped to drown the noise. The condo was great and very well equipped for my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Not ready when promised!
Well, after a long 9 1/2 hour drive, we were ready to enjoy our stay in a beautiful new location for us! Wrong, had no code to get into the place. Called and waited for a text with the access code. Got up the flight of stairs to see that the apartment was not clean! Been a while since the last people to stay. Called the number to see what was up, remote customer service person really needs to mute his roosters in the background. Long story short, mistakes were made, cleaner was not aware that this unit was not ready. Was told to wake in our car, which was in a parking garage a block away, mind you, we brought up our luggage, to go sit in our car. This did not start off well. The strobe alarm with the commercial fire alarm system was strobing every 15 seconds! I was told to disconnect the smoke detector! Life safety aside, this was not only mounted 9 feet on a wall, but it was something you CANNOT disconnect. The rooster man told me the cleaning lady would fix it. We are not 2 1/2 hours of waiting for something to happen. The manager was to call me, after being disconnected twice, she did call back. I told her that when we were booking, there were two apartments close to each other. I told her I wanted the other one since we have not been able to do anything with the strobe alarm. I did meet the cleaning lady, very nice, she suggested she could put a piece of duct tape over the strobe to stop it? Life safety should be first!

We absolutely loved the location and the apartment. I will say that I wished it had a few more kitchen items including some more utensils, pots and pans and dishes as we like to cook some of the time we are out of town. Overall, can not complain. Would love to stay again!
