"Had no air conditioning in my room / everytime we went down / no clerk was available to help / room was over 75 degrees- garbage was overflowing everywhere outside - had massive amount of raccoons outside!"

"There were bed bugs in this hotel. Absolutely disgusting health hazard. Man at the front desk did not care and would not refund me."

"i get there the bed wasn't made and the sheets were dirty with stains and there was a gallon of water in the bathroom from the guest before me , and the hallway light flickers like they cant even change a light bulb , and the breakfast was very poor honey buns and coffee and sometimes OJ the room it shelf ugh brother the tv is crooked and the remote needs new battery's I'm being very very kind here but i give it 1 out of 10 when ive been in other super 8 hotels with way nicer everything...

"You could tell that they have tried to update the property but still needs a lot of work! For me it was the smoking rooms, even though ours was non-smoking you could smell the next room over smoking through the joining door, which I was very unhappy with!!"

Front desk personell not very professional - in the morning while I was trying to eat my breakfast they were having personal conversations discussing another employee loudly enough to be hear all over the lobby and breakfast room."

"Air conditioner didn't work that great and there were a lot of sketchy people that lived in the hotel rooms. Doors all appeared to be beat in on the outside."

The freezer needed to be defrosted. The microwave was so corroded and filthy. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. There were no bath towels and no toilet paper. The floor was so dirty that it turned my white socks to black socks. However, the AC was ice cold. The motel does offer several...
