"The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and took care getting me the last ground floor room. Room needed a deep clean. I was awaken during the night with a bug crawling on my arm. The next morning I discovered a bug bite on my arm. It hurts. I attach a pic. Moving on…people sat in front of my room door on the stairs smoking that Mary Jane & god only knows what else. "Very nice hotel. My only issue is they never changed the sheets in the room. They came in and changed the towels daily. I’m used to places that cleaned the room. They would empty the trash but I stayed for a week and they never changed the bedding"

"The room was clean on arrival but the next day after room service cleaned they only pulled up the covers. The towels were dingy looking one face cloth had looked like some dried tomato sauce. The tissue holder kept falling off the wall. The bath faucet was pulling away from the wall. The bathtub had a dirt stain that was able to be cleaned because I cleaned it while there. The garden and pool was nice."

Since it is a new property they have some minor issues such as my room tv cromecast was connecting to a different room. I reported this issue but no one acted on it. Fitness room has water fountain, but can use disposable paper cups. Limited breakfast options."
