Private studio apartment over garage. Walk around garage on stepping stones which lead to a beautiful courtyard complete with fire pit and outdoor grill. Private entrance to Studio from courtyard. Family friendly community only minutes from Elon University. King size bed and queen futon mattress if extra accommodations are needed. Kitchenette area has stove, microwave, and small refrigerator. Bathroom located downstairs with double shower. Recently remodeled in 2016. Electric baseboard heat and a/c window unit to set to your own comfort.

Just the thing for my visit to see my daughter, who is a student at Elon University. Comfortable bed and a nice little kitchenette, which was very convenient. Thoughtful touches like a map of the University left on the desk for me and an assortment of small-size toiletry items in the bathroom were very appreciated!

Great Location in Elon / Gibsonville

We stayed in this apartment while our house was being built in Mebane. Easy access to I-40 and nearby stores and restaurants. The hosts, Maureen and Michael, were very friendly.

Awesome place made me feel like home

I stayed for five weeks and had such a good time. I had my privacy but whenever I had a question or request Maureen and Michael were very helpful. The little kitchen works well and therer are many places for food and groceries near by. I will definitely come back next time. Recommend without limitation

Cozy studio with access to patio

Nice, cozy studio above garage with access to large yard and family patio. Convenient and safe parking. Property is within short driving distance to a large shopping center with ample dining option. Very nice host family to stay with. Studio was well furnished and clean.

The place is perfect inside and out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, restaurants and shopping within 5minutes. The extra care provided by Maureen and Michael were greatly appreciated and me feel at home right away! Recommend whole-heartedly.

Wonderful hospitality

My say with the Allens was one of the most wonderful and hospitalitable experiences I have ever had. They are a wonderful family that is always accommodating. If you get to stay with them you will not regret your experience, especially if you decide to sit down and talk with them. Also, their dog Bella is the bestest doggo ever.

Our contact Maureen could not have been nicer! Communication was excellent, and they even went out of their way to have an air mattress set up and ready for our 12–year-old. The location was very convenient to Elon University, and we would definitely stay again. A great find for us! And a big thank you to the owners for their hospitality!

Fantastic Hostess! She went over and above to make our stay comfortable.

We were very comfortable here. Clean and tidy accommodations. This hostess went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. When we mentioned we we cool she brought us extra blankets. She was very thoughtful throughout our stay and we will definitely stay here again. Lovely property and very nice residential area. Nearby shopping and highway. Excellent place to stay!!
