Serenity Studio is above Quietude Place, Tranquility Cottage is about 100 feet away & groups can rent all 3.

About Quietude Place:

Built in 1938, lovingly remodeled in 2020, elegance and relaxation exudes from the unhindered access of the private fully remodeled space. Conveniently located minutes from downtown High Point, HPU, HP Furniture Market, downtown Jamestown, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Piedmont Triad International Airport.

We also own and rent out two additional properties. Tranquility Cottage [a 3 bed, 2 bath (sleeps 4-8)] is about 100 feet away and Serenity Studio (above). We welcome groups to rent all 3 locations and for gathering in the common courtyard. Experience privacy from the noise, lights, traffic & neighborhood while enjoying private time with your friends & family.

Great Room:
The newly furnished great room connected directly to the parking pad of this freshly remodeled sanctuary welcomes you in to relax and receive all good things.
Furnishings invite you in to comfortably lounge while creating memories with your friends and family.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is wrapped in new shaker cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances inviting you to celebrate goodness.
Stocked with cookware and utensils to enable fresh smells and memorable meals and treats for all to savor.
The coffee bar includes a new coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer and sweetener for the coffee connoisseur to enjoy their favorite cup o joe.

Dining:
The custom built dining table welcomes you to gather round and taste your favorite flavors while perusing great views through the side windows.

Dedicated Work Area:
You can use the dining table as a dedicated office/laptop space throughout the day and for your most extravagant dining adventures by night.

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms enable you at days end to wind down and relax in queen sized comfort or along the way choose to take in the spa like experience in the full bath.
Primary/Master includes a Smart TV.

Laundry:
If you’re staying long enough to launder clothes we’ve got you covered, the laundry room is nicely tucked away in the core of the house. Laundry room has laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an iron and ironing board.

Whole House:
High speed internet & WiFi for your whole crew making fun, play or work a breeze. Login to your personal streaming channels to watch any of the Smart TV’s.

Access is from the main road (Greensboro Rd) and there is off street parking.

Let us know in advance if you have multiple cars/trucks, a tow behind trailer/camper, 5th wheel and/or mobile home(s).

There’s plenty of space for parking although there may be an additional fee.

Paradise is in the city limits but no one knows it’s there. It’s the place that’s hidden in plain site and everyone that comes raves about:

It sits silent, alone among the trees with commercial businesses and neighborhoods all around.

First floor unit, smooth entry with no stairs from the parking area to inside. All doors are 32” and 36” wide, entry is into the great room, dining, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. The master, guest bedrooms & bath all have closets plus the stacked washer/dryer combo in the laundry closet.

We are locals in Greensboro, NC and this place is our start into hospitality. We’ve worked hard to have all of the remodeling done to a level you can enjoy. You’d be shocked at what it looked like before and contractors from every trade have helped us bring it back from years (more thank 80 years) gone by. We saved some vintage items we hope you’ll appreciate for character. We’ve spent hours choosing what to and not to include for your stay. If there’s something you’d appreciate in our place, please let us know and we’ll try to add those things for future guests.
