Designed for comfort, this Tiny Home is ideal for short or long stays, providing a cozy atmosphere for guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, walk-in shower, queen-sized bed, and Smart Roku TV. The home is NON-smoking.

Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. A convenience store is directly across the street, and major retailers such as Target, Walmart, and Food Lion are just 3–5 minutes away by car. Four Seasons Mall is 24 minutes away, and the local hospital is only 7 minutes away.

Transportation options include Uber, Lyft, taxis, public transit, and even limousine services.

General Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
Registered guests only. Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect neighboring properties and keep noise at a reasonable level.
Park only in designated guest parking areas.
Guest access is limited to [Property Name] and its designated guest areas. Please respect areas marked private or restricted.
Treat furnishings, appliances, and property with care.
Report accidental damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Lock exterior doors whenever you leave the property.
No illegal activity is permitted on the property.
No commercial photography or filming without prior approval.

Pet-Friendly Rules

Pets are welcome! We simply ask pet owners to help us keep the home and surrounding property clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of pet waste.

Keep pets under your control while outdoors.
Do not allow pets to disturb neighboring guests or properties.

Pets should not be left unattended unless safely crated.

Please keep pets off beds and linens whenever possible.

Wipe muddy or wet paws before bringing pets inside.
Guests are responsible for damage caused by their pets.

Please notify us promptly of any pet-related accident or damage.

We want checkout to be easy. Before leaving, please:

Gather all personal belongings.
Take all pet belongings with you.
Pick up any pet waste from outdoor areas.
Turn off unnecessary lights and appliances.
Close and secure windows.
Lock exterior doors.
Follow any additional checkout instructions provided through Airbnb.
