Welcome to our centrally located & Beautiful fully renovated home welcomes you with bright kitchen, all new appliances. Fresh paint throughout interior and exterior. Brand new light fixtures and ceiling fans. Newly updated bathrooms. New carpeting and new luxury flooring throughout. Beautiful yard, family friendly neighborhood. Excellent Wifi, convenient to Friendly Shopping Center & all Greensboro has to offer.

You are just minutes away from many nice restaurants, shopping centers, and parks

This is an older established neighborhood. It’s very close to Guilford battleground Park, the Piedmont Triad International airport and Four Seasons Mall
1. Locals must communicate with us before booking
2. It is prohibited to have more than 8 guests in or on the property at all times. Violation of the rule may result in the removal of you and your guests with no refund.
3. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by the Airbnb/VRBO house manual or check in guide.
4. $200 per day smoking fee. $50 non-authorized late check out fee.

Please wash dirty dishes and put in the drain rack unless you have a full load, then please run the dishwasher before you check out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED!

Quiet home in Greensboro

We were there for my daughter’s tennis tournament at Spencer Love Tennis Center. We loved the location as it was 5 min away fromThe tennis center. It is very close to shops and restaurants. Home is outdated, but decently clean. Would likely stay here again.

Amazing experience

This house was gorgeous. Hosts were excellent to deal with. The neighborhood was quiet An ideal place for a getaway in the Greensboro area. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

They cancelled on us

I reserved the house 6 months before our trip and the seller cancelled on us 3 days before we left. The homeowner blames VRBO. VRBO blames the homeowner. I don’t know but it caused giant problems for us, no one was helpful in resolving, and I still don’t have my money back a week later. The house looks great but we never got a chance to stay there.

Safe and comfortable

This was a great place to stay and we felt very safe in the neighborhood enough to be able to go on a walk in the morning with no concerns. The neighbor is amazing and gave us great suggestions like Elizabeth’s Pizza. It was spacious and welcoming. We had one concern and notified the owner who was responsive. The home was spacious and accommodating. We loved sitting on the deck in the back yard and playing games at the dinning room table. Plenty of room and we didn’t feel cramped at all.

Would Stay Here Again

The description was accurate. With 7 adults, the four bedrooms were ideal. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was convenient to three different venues which we attended. In addition, during some down time, it was close to the Bog Garden and the Bicentennial Park which we enjoyed visiting. Also, excellent communication responses from property owner. It's in a family neighborhood.

Lovely, Relaxing Home

Wonderful property. All one level which helps if you have bad knees. The home has a great flow; you never feel cramped. All bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. You feel safe and secure and the neighbors are very helpful. (Thank you Theresa). I would definitely stay again. PL

Double booked

The house was already occpied when we got there. The manager did not return a phone call. VRBO blamed the manager. The manager blamed VRBO. This forced 7 of us to get hotel rooms. So far no one is dealing with that cost. Dont stay here!

Great trip

The home is in a very peaceful neighborhood. I woke every morning to rabbits being in the yard..so sweet. We stayed for 11 days and we look forward to going back. Absolutely recommend!!!

Enjoyed Our Homey Stay

I loved the neighborhood and the home. Two gorgeous living areas and kitchen. We are four lively Seniors visiting a longtime friend. Three of the four bedrooms were perfect. The fourth had twin beds which we knew they were, but much lower and narrower than usual. However, that Girlfriend sleeps in her recliner at home. The recliner set in one of the living areas was perfect for her. The house is spacious with lots of good seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Home close to all Greensboro has to offer!

This is my family’s second time staying at this property. It is quite roomy for 6-8 guests and has everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is lovely and close to everything in the Greensboro area. Both John and Miranda are amazing and super reachable. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and very quiet

The house was just as described. It is very spacious, quiet, and was well stocked. Had a small issue arise and it was immediately taken care. The location of this home is perfect, and is in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Greensboro. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Great stay for the week

This house is in a lovely neighborhood easily accessible by Bryan Boulevard. The host was willing to accommodate our dogs and the fenced in yard was spacious and great. The house has been updated with nice appliances, new windows, mini-blinds and very comfortable living room/den furniture. It has well-maintained floors and nice furnishings. The kitchen cabinets are older, but serviceable. The bedrooms are large. The only drawback for us was the main bedroom didn't have a king bed and the queen felt small as the mattress had our couple rolling in to the middle. Very responsive hosts and I would recommend it for a family or groups coming to Greensboro.
