Distinct homesite (Sleeps 14) located in the prestigious Sedgefield Country Club area of Greensboro, NC. This southern classic home attracts every eye with its stately white columns and large wrap porch. A large back deck with iron railing overlooks the open back yard. The cathedral master bedroom on the ground level features a stone fireplace and hearth with private bath and walk in shower. The family room also has a stone fireplace/ hearth with french doors leading into the formal living area. A formal dining room seats 8 people. An updated open kitchen is enhanced with a large palladium glassed conversation area. The home has all hardwood flooring on the first level with 9' ceilings. Five large bedrooms are on the second floor with two full baths. A storybook home site for any family.

Our family gathered for the celebration of our mother’s life. The house provided the perfect space for us to gather. We all traveled from many states. We found ourselves constantly moving cars to allow people to get out of the driveway. The only issue was that the house was on a very busy street without on street parking.

Everything was A1, the place had a great location and the place was more luxurious than the pictures indicated. We were overly excited and pleased once we arrived and saw it up close. Everything was explained and clear what the rules and expectations were. Wanted to rent it for next year but it was already booked and I can understand why.

This choice of stay was perfect for (5) women over the age of 70 who were uniting in Greensboro to celebrate their 50th college reunion. What's important in selecting a home on VRBO is the communication with the host and the house itself. BOTH were outstanding. I really appreciated all the communication prior to check in. we hosted an afternoon party for fellow classmates and professors.. we were able to all sit outside and enjoy telling stories. the house "flows" very well for large groups gathering in a social setting

Great property, lots of space so we were not falling over each other. The only downside for the older members of our group is that all of the beds are super high and they had problems getting in and out without assistance. The toilets are very low and again they had problems getting up without assistance. It’s a great neighborhood and close enough to shops, restaurants etc with a car. Would have liked blankets as it was cold in the bedrooms upstairs and we were not able to get the temp correct in the short time we were there. Overall a good experience and we look forward to a return visit when we are next in the area.

We reserved with Connie almost 18 months before Elon 2024 graduation. The house was perfect for our family and all the grandparents and older siblings that traveled from various states for 4 days. The house was just 30 minutes to campus but allowed us to be together and spend quality time together. Thank you Connie and Dylan! Your home was clean, inviting and had everything we needed.

The house was very inviting and well equipped. It was a wholesome environment. Sitting on the back deck was very relaxing. The decor was splendid! My only recommendations would be to make at least one master closet available to renters. For a shorter stay the hooks available were fine, but we were here for a longer conference and needed a bit more storage space. Also be aware that the stairs are very steep, so older and very young people may have issues. Overall, we loved the location. The home surpassed our expectations and was even better than the pictures showed. The nearby golf course was fantastic. We would love to stay again!!

This house worked out great for our group of 10 adult women soccer players here for a tournament. The beds and gathering spaces were comfortable. The several hooks in the upstairs hall BR and the coat rack in the BR over the garage were appreciated. We had a wonderful team dinner on the deck one evening. More coffee cups and plates so that the dishwasher would not have to be run so often would be nice.

The home provided a place for family to come together as we all flew in for my sons wedding. The accommodations at the home allowed for connection, fun, and space for all of our family to enjoy the time before and after the big day. We hope to be back and would absolutely pick this home again.

Beautiful property clean it has anything you could ever wish for kitchen very very well equipt with anything you may need best stay ever - super host replied to any question immediately - I highly recommend this property. - I hosted 9 adults and 2 small children we had plenty of space - very well working airconditioning - very convenient location close to grocery stores - it was simply perfect - thank you Connie !!!!
