This relaxing 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with 3 kings, 1 queen, and a 4 twin bedroom has plenty of room for your family and friends. Adults can enjoy the HDTV, kitchen, fireplace, and deck that sits 8 upstairs while the kids enjoy the 60 inch HDTV, Ping Pong table, board games, Wii, PS3, and poker/card table downstairs. Incredible Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. Sip on your favorite beverage on the patio furniture on the dock viewing glass smooth water while fishing. Absorb the view in lakeside Adirondack chairs or sit fireside at the huge fire pit overlooking the lake while roasting smores. Cool off in our pool overlooking the lake. Soak in relaxing hot tub spa. Grill outside on our large propane grill or on our Traeger wood pellet burning grill. Books, board games, 2 HDTVs, WiFi throughout the home and property, and computer with internet access and printer are available for your use rain or shine! Neighborhood amenities include private boat ramp with locked boat trailer storage, tennis courts, basketball court, and a 2 mile wooded hiking trail. The 1 mile cove is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or water sking. If you want to venture out of the cove, you will immediately see the Ritz Carlton with all of it's dining and spa amenities. There are also 2 marinas and boat/Jet Ski/ Etc. rentals within minutes of our home. Within 15 to 20 minutes of our house, you will find many excellent restaurants, Publix grocery store, cinema, and hospital. You will love shopping in nearby historic Greensboro, Eatonton, and Madison. If you are interested in booking in 2 or 3 installments, please send an inquiry requesting 2 or 3 payments.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was so well stocked and fantastic storage. There were 9 of us and so many areas to gather in. We loved the pool, fire pit and of course the very close proximity from the house to the dock. House was very clean and comfortable. Lee was very responsive with any questions. Highly recommend this house it's a 10 out of 10!

We stayed for my husband’s 60th birthday weekend. House worked perfect for our core crew of 6 adults and two teenagers. Lee was great about communicating house instructions and rules. We trailered our boat from South Carolina and used the neighborhood ramp and house dock for our 25ft center console. The water is shallow at the end of the creek, but enough to clear. We loved the pool and the hot tub and played poker at the table at night. Super easy boat ride to the Ritz for dinner one night and cocktails on Saturday. Perfect celebratory weekend!

This gorgeous lake home is so well thought-out and equipped for enjoyment. In addition to an office with lake view and two desks, there’s a desk in the terrace level King bedroom, and large dining tables inside and out. Those working from home have lots of options. The porches were so comfortable.The pool and lake were central to our time, and we watched hummingbirds and butterflies from the pool — even a young Monarch! — and saw deer, blue heron, and hawks from the dock. My family, aged 2 to 71, had a grand time and hope to return.

What a great house and location on the lake. Fully furnished, clean,spacious and beautiful!! We loved the pool with our young granddaughters. That adults relaxed in the spa. This is our 6 th summer on lake Oconee and everyone wants to return here next summer!

This was our family’s 5th annual trip to Lake Oconee. Each place we stayed was wonderful but this house topped them all! It has everything you could want and more. The home was beautiful and catered to our every need. It had ample space for us all. We enjoyed every moment of boating, paddle boarding, fishing off the dock, lounging in and out of the pool and hot tub, playing ping pong, card games, and even a popcorn movie night on the extra large couch that sat us all! We loved our experience. The grandchildren did NOt want to leave. We are looking forward to our return.

We are excited to return each year, looking forward to seeing the updates that the owner has made.We have rented lake houses over the past 12 years and this lake house has the best stocked kitchen and pantry. This house is perfect for a large family. We look forward to returning to this beautiful lake oasis next year.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing week here! The setup of the house is perfect for a large family/friends trip. Kids slept up, while parents could play games and chat later into the evening in the basement (without any concern of waking the little ones). There were so many small things, extra towels, lake/pool toys, etc that made it feel like we were staying at a family members house, not a bare minimum rental. The grills helped us fix some amazing dinners, with plentiful cookware in the kitchen. We didn’t want to leave!!

Peaceful location

The house was very nice! Very well equipped with lots of extras, it was nice not to have to buy all the little extras as they had everything there for us. Only issue was coffee pots didn’t work so we had to go out for coffee each day which is a 15 minute drive each way.

New hot tub spa!

This lovely lake house just got better!! It has a new hot tub! This was our family’s 4th time renting this home. It sleeps 12 and fits our 3 generational family well. But most importantly, there are so many things to do. The pool has always been the kids’ favorite…now the hot tub has become the adults’ favorite! And everyone loves paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing. This home has everything needed for a fun family weekend.

tranquility along Lake Oconee

This is my second stay at this beautiful and well-maintained property. There was plenty of space for my party of seven and plenty of amenities to preoccupy us when we weren't on the golf course. The pool water is clean and crisp making for a refreshing plunge after a day in the sun. The house is located within a tranquil cove of Lake Oconee making time on the dock quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Family Fun

This lakehouse is located on a peaceful cove and there are so many things to entertain young children..from the swimming pool to fishing on the dock to paddling in the canoe or on the paddle boards. The house suits our multigenerational family (ages 2-69) very well. This was our third stay and we hope we will be lucky enough to return.

60 anniversary family celebration

Family from North Carolina, Florida and Georgia gathered together to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of our parents. The lake house was the perfect place for our family. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed and served us well when we had our cooking competition…which my team obviously won!!! The wood fire pizza oven was also a hit.

Absolutely beautiful home!

We loved this home, and its beautiful landscaping, charming pool, and gorgeous porch. The location on the quiet cove was very nice, and was a respite from the rowdier parts of the lake. The communication with the owner was very good, and all of our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the area. Thank you!

Church group get away!

We brought our young adult group (along with some older adults and my 2 year old!) we had a great time! It was great for everyone! Great cove! The pool was perfect for my little boy and the younger boys loved the downstairs playground- complete with a huge TV, poker and ping-pong! Plenty of space for us all! Would highly recommend!
