Luxury Greensboro Lake Oconee Condo with a 14-minute walk to the Ritz Carlton Lake Oconee! Each bedroom has bathroom and king bed, and the upstairs bedroom has a day bed with a trundle. This condo is also easily accessible to grocery and restaurants, including Publix and CVS. With a location close to shopping and entertainment, the Village Condo is only minutes from the movie theater and shopping complexes.

This condo measures approximately 2000 sqft of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home is equipped with high-speed internet service, Smart TVs, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and marina access with optional pontoon boat rental (Lake Club Marina).

The home is Handicap accessible, including an elevator.

Must be 25 years of age to rent.

Additional Rental Options Include:
1. Early check-in as early as 10am ($100 If Available)
2. Late check-out as late as 4pm ($100 If Available)

Convenient to conference at the Ritz Carlton

Not as advertised

We arrived for Christmas and were expecting a working fireplace which was a requisite for us. We were told none were working. The couple that used the upstairs bedroom found a king sized mattress on a regular frame. It was impossible. One of them slept on the daybed as two could not be accommodated comfortably . The third floor elevator was not working at checkout. We had to lug everything down three flights of stairs The property. manager was impossible to reach pre check-in. Overall, the condo was lovely, but we’ve never experienced this kind of lack of preparation at a VRBO property.

Family wedding

Short stay for a family wedding nearby.Accommodations were lovely and Jordan was easy to communicate with. Surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful while still very convenient. Would. Love to spend more time at this well equipped condo. Everything exactly as advertised. Maybe even better!

Absolutely wonderful!

I travel to the lake about once a year with 2 longtime friends. We have rented numerous properties and have been blessed to have enjoyed them all. However, this condo ranks at the top! It’s even better than the description! Jordan was a pleasure to work with. We were so comfortable there that we contemplated requesting an additional day or two. However, rain put a stop to that idea. This condo is special!

Wonderful stay

Came to the area for a wedding and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. I stayed here with my 2 daughters and son-in-law. Super clean. Plenty of space. Felt like my home away from home.

Great vacation location

Lake Club Golf view Condo

The condo was actually better than listed!! Very clean, well stocked, and had brand new flooring and furnishings throughout the living and dining rooms! Jordan was very helpful and easy to contact with any concerns. We only had one hiccup during our stay, the elevator was inoperable and we had to carry all of our luggage for our two week stay up 2 flights of stairs. Fortunately it was fixed that evening. Unfortunately, it broke down again four days before departure and again we had to use the stairs when we left. Despite this, we would come back (we rent 4-5 times per year at Reynolds) as it is a lovely condo with a fabulous view!

Fast Stay

I was in town for a quick stay while doing some business in town and needed a nice place to stay overnight. The condo was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed the You Tube tv and the comfortable sofas and family room. It was quiet and relaxing. The view from the condo of the golf course was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this condo for any family staying in the lake area.
