"At first glance from the outside the hotel looks rundown. VERY DECEPTIVE!! This is a grand old building coming back to life. The interior has been updated and modernized. Very comfortable, clean and modern rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will pass this way again and will stay here again."

"The Red Ranch Inn is an older style motel from back in the day when the Catskills were the place to vacation. The motel has been updated and the property is well kept. I would have preferred a room towards the back of the property but had a room closest to Rt. 32 and the noise of the traffic. The pool was inviting but didn't get to try it out. "The interior of our room was very clean. The automated entry system worked fine. The sound-proofing of the room was quite good, given that the hotel is on a pretty busy stretch of road. "The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. At 9 pm we had to message the staff about what sounded like pregnant cow that was walking above us. Soon after it stopped. "Pet friendly was ideal. The only thing I would say negatively is that the Airstream could have used wipe down with some Clorox wipes, ect. & maybe a few more hooks here and there given the tight quarters :) Overall though ... 8.5 outta 10. Will recommend to others! Thanks Autocamp!"

"The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive. I ended up getting a refund from Expedia. I would not recommend this facility and do not...
