Escape to this peaceful 2.7 acre high bank waterfront estate with gorgeous views of Holmes Harbor. Roam the over 2 acre property. The spacious custom home boasts 4 bedrooms (views from two), 3 bathrooms, a formal dining room opens onto a view deck, a large kitchen with breakfast nook (with view), a formal living room that opens onto a big view deck and a family room with a view that opens onto an expansive lawn. Shoot hoops or play soccer on your very own private field while enjoying water views. Property has security cameras on the outside attached to the side of the house on the front, side and back of the house.

This getaway was large a serene. We watched deer and eagles parade past the back door every day. The hot tub was a wonderful way to soak in the soothing heat and relaxing sounds of nature. The kitchen was fully equipped and even boasts an espresso machine, although we didn’t use it. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and will definitely be back.

What a wonderful home and great location! Myself, my mother, and grandmother were looking for a home with a private feel, beautiful view, and close enough to town for some shopping and good food over Thanksgiving. This fit the bill! The views span the entire back of the house overlooking the beautiful grassy yard and water. We saw deer every single day, which was magical, and even saw a bald eagle! The house was very clean and had a ton of high end amenities in the kitchen which made our stay extra special. The property managers were also quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. All in all this property was lovely and such a great bonding experience!

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend on Whidbey Island. The property is beautiful and comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen is very well-stocked, the hot tub was wonderful, and the views were beautiful. I will note that there are only 4 bedrooms and the futon is not long enough to fit an adult, so take that into consideration depending on how many adults are joining. (I found the listing a little confusing since it shows the futon in a bedroom).Overall a wonderful property that I'd book again!

Very nice property; we enjoyed the hot tub and movie pergola outside and bedrooms were comfy! Although we were told a detailed folder of rules/procedures (for example operating hot tub, etc) would be on kitchen counter we found none. Luckily we figured it out. The kitchen tool and silverware and other drawers need some organization and cleaning. The large coffee grinder doesn’t work properly as it looks as if a gasket which seals the container is missing so no seal, coffee all over the counter (big clean-up after that!) maybe fix or remove that grinder as there’s a simple smaller coffee grinder there also.

This house is great for families. There are many different spaces in this house and plenty of things to do. The great view and deck make for a wonderful place for morning coffee. This house does have many stairs.

Not a very pleasant stay

Several things did not work during our stay: the hot tub was under maintenance, and the circuit tripped when we used the hair dryer. The owner refused to address the issue, leaving half the house in darkness. Overall, communication was terrible.

Great spot for a group getaway!

Very accommodating hosts and communicative. The house is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the water and great front lawn. The beds are very comfortable! Kitchen is very well labeled and stocked. They even had kid toys and a diaper genie, had we needed it!

Paradise Ridge

Girlfriend Getaway

We had a fabulous time at this location. We were looking to just relax and visit and this was the perfect place. Large enough to spread out, very clean and comfortable, quiet and serene. This was the perfect place to enjoy time together. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were doing fine. I highly recommend this property!

Freeland house

This house was very clean and well kept. Beautiful view, large yard and patios. Watching the deer in the yard and eagles in the trees all day. 5 min drive to Freeland. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Brand new hot tub and green egg. Also game room with pool table, fooseball and lots of other games. No access to beach. Pet friendly.

Great house with a fantastic view!

What a great home to unplug and enjoy the scenery! The house was just the right, nicely laid out and very comfortable. We captured the sun from the expansive deck, relaxed in the hot tub and cooked multiple means in the large kitchen. Please note there are multiples wineries just minutes away. Holmes Harbor Cellars was right down the street and Dancing Fish just a short drive from the home. We hope to be back this Summer. Thank you!

Girl Trip

Four girlfriends getting together to relax, play games sit in the hot tub and shop. Everything was perfect. The kitchen had amenities needed. Beautiful sunrise, several eagles, tons of deer, and the perfect getaway. Just down the road from Langley and spent one day there shopping and eating. Owners or manager, receptive with questions, answered immediately Highly recommend!

Great spot with views to match

The house layout is a bit funky 90's what were they thinking remodel but it's got a ton of room and all the appliances in a nice sized kitchen. Sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars is a great way to end a day on Whidbey.
