    ¡Bienvenido a Serenity Now en la hermosa Capitan's Cove, uno de los secretos mejor guardados de la costa este de Virginia! Esta espectacular casa de vacaciones hará realidad todos sus sueños con algo para todos en la familia. Ubicada directamente en la Bahía de Chincoteague, esta casa está a solo 20 minutos en automóvil o en barco de Chincoteague & amp; Islas Assateague, donde nuestros ponis salvajes deambulan libremente. ¿Buscas un poco de emoción OC? Ocean City, MD, se encuentra a 45 minutos en coche.

    Mientras conduce por Blackbeard Road, es difícil mantener la vista fija en la carretera: querrá mirar la bahía a solo unos pasos de distancia. No puede esperar para ver dónde pasará sus vacaciones en ESVA. Cuando llegue a la esquina y vea esta hermosa casa, sabrá que tomó la decisión correcta.     Al entrar en Serenity Now, subirás las escaleras y quedarás completamente cautivado por las vistas. Lo primero que notará es una pared de ventanas que dan a la bahía: ¡las vistas son increíbles! Este nivel cuenta con una gran sala de estar con muebles hermosos y cómodos con un toque costero y alfombras nuevas. Qué gran lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de la televisión de pantalla plana vía satélite con VCR / DVD. Los animosos azules incorporados están cargados de libros y juegos para que disfrutes con tu familia. La chimenea exige atención con obras de arte costeras personalizadas pintadas en la repisa de la chimenea. Hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar, en caso de que necesites espacio adicional para estirarte. También en este nivel hay una hermosa habitación Queen con un toque Tommy Bahama y un baño completo con combinación de bañera / ducha.

    Esta casa de ensueño es el epítome del plan de piso abierto, ya que la sala de estar conduce al enorme comedor con espacio para toda la pandilla en la mesa del comedor y la barra de desayuno. La enorme cocina emocionará al chef de la familia: ¡hable de cocinar la cena con vistas! La cocina, con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, está muy bien equipada con todo lo que necesita para que la hora de comer sea muy fácil. También puede cenar al aire libre en el porche amueblado o en la terraza de Bayfront. El restaurante Captain's Cove Marina Club se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia, y el siempre popular Crusty Crab está al final de la calle.

El dormitorio principal te dejará sin aliento con ropa de cama y muebles blancos brillantes y serenos, vistas increíbles, tragaluces y 2 armarios enormes. El Master también cuenta con un balcón privado frente a la bahía para que pueda disfrutar del café de la mañana y el olor del aire salado. Te encantará ver la luz rítmica del faro de Assateague y las luces de la isla de Chincoteague rebotan en el agua. El baño de 2 habitaciones en este nivel es impresionante. En un área hay una enorme bañera de hidromasaje enmarcada en cedro cálido y una gran ducha. La segunda habitación cuenta con un vestidor, tocador y otras comodidades de baño.

    ¡Además de 3 niveles de magnificencia frente al mar, te encantará tener tu propio muelle privado! ¡Disfruta pescando cangrejos en tu propio patio trasero, o echando una línea y atrapando una platija, corvina, rayo o incluso pequeños tiburones de arena por la noche! Trae tus kayaks, motos de agua o bote y lánzate desde el puerto deportivo, a la vuelta de la esquina. Captain's Cove está repleto de comodidades: un campo de golf, piscina cubierta, 2 piscinas al aire libre, 1 frente a la bahía con bar Tiki, gimnasio, parque infantil, restaurante y snack bar. Family Getaway

We loved this rental. We loved we were on the water, and the kids could fish/crab off the dock. We loved sitting on the back porch, watching boaters go by.

We had a great week at the house. It had everything we needed. Had the pleasure of watching a rocket go up from Wallops Island right from the deck of the house. A definite highlight.

Captain's Cove Serenity Now

The location is stellar and the house has a very nice floor plan. It could, however, use a few modern upgrades. For example, there is no television in the master bedroom, the sliding doors are difficult to open and the screens are broken, the entrance to the second floor should be cleaned up a bit and the spa bathtub on the second floor has a broken drain switch so you have to hold it down to allow the water out. Some small upgrades would go a long way. Otherwise, it was peaceful and we enjoyed the pool and access to main surrounding areas.

Can’t beat the view

The view was outstanding, we could have easily sat on the deck and never left and I would have been perfectly content. Very quiet community we enjoyed riding our bikes and saw a lot of deer and even a few babies which their spots still. Also saw some dolphins, a bald eagle and a few pilated woodpeckers while we were there. We also enjoyed using 2 out of 3 pools and used the gym, it is small but got the job done on a rainy night. We preferred using the steps in the back vs the front. The house could use a little updating but nothing major and I would recommend adding a curtain in the room with 2 beds as my kids weren’t thrilled for early morning sun. Plan your grocery shopping ahead of time as it’s about 25 mins to get anywhere, which is part of why we enjoyed it. Loved being able to get away from it all. Hope to return again next summer.

See a bald eagle from the back porch! Close to Chincoteague and Assateague. Well-equiped spacious kitchen. Best crab-shack around the corner (Crusty Crab). Great location!!

Serenity Now Delivers

Our stay at Serenity Now was comfortable and peaceful. We wanted a relaxing get away and that's just what we had. The house is spacious with wonderful views. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck overlooking the Bay, bird watching and stargazing. There were five of us in the home with multiple devices and we had no connectivity issues. Once we were there, we did not want to leave. The property is secluded and you have to drive 20-30 minutes to reach a grocery, so be sure to double check the shopping list. There are three rather steep staircases (2 that enter the home, one inside) that could be difficult for those with limited mobility. The hosts were communicative, but not intrusive. When we had questions or concerns, they were prompty answered. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Captains Cove in need of update and cleaning

Hadn't been cleaned before we arrived. Hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time. Stained carpet. Broken ice maker, kitchen light and Wifi. Management offered to come clean the next day but we declined because the bathrooms and kitchen really had to be addressed when we got there so we cleaned it. Management finally agreed to credit us for the cleaning fee but we never received the reimbursement. Also they called mid week to have an appraiser come through because the house was to be sold....we declined but really???

Great location for a family vacation

We recently stayed in this property with our teenage kids. The location is fabulous, and the home is situated right on the bay - can't beat it. The house has a stunning view of the bay, with a lovely porch off the living room. We enjoyed the screened in porch for meals in the evening. The pier was wonderful for fishing, crabbing and paddleboarding and kayaking in the beautiful waterfront. The drive to the beach wasn't hard at all, and we loved having the option of both bay and ocean. The house overall was a little dated and could use some updates. The kitchen is nice and large for all our needs. It's a lovely , quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed using the pools at the clubhouse as well. Thanks for giving us a wonderful place to spend the week together this summer!

Thoroughly Enjoyable Property

We found Serenity Now to be an inviting, wonderful place to stay. The views are wonderful and the property spacious. The master bedroom with its own little deck was fabulous. We were lucky enough to have scheduled during a time of rocket launch from Wallops Island and had the perfect viewing location, a real boon since COVID had the Visitor Center and Viewing Areas shut down. Other reviews addressed some of the furniture being dated and it's true. The couch and chairs were not the most comfortable, but our group did not spend much time there so it was okay. The beds were comfortable and clean. I could see us returning again and again except that between the time of booking and the time of our stay changes imposed by the HOA will exclude families of our size (7) from this house, a real shame since we all loved it so. The property management was responsive to calls about light bulbs that weren't working. They were great. No other problems to deal with.

Tranquil escape

The home is dated but comfortable. View is great, although no sunset views this time of year. Community amenities are great. Great for bike rides and some hidden gems of walking trails. Chincoteaque/Assateague State Park a short drive away. A must and then stop at Island Creamery for the BEST icecream!!

Great stay in Greenbackville

We stayed at this property for a wedding at Captain's Cove Marina. The house was clean and organized, making it easy for our group to settle in for the weekend. While some of the features could use some serious updates (couches), this property was a nice, convenient stay overall. The porch was a perfect spot for breakfast and happy hour, not to mention the best view!

The house and stay was amazing for a girls weekend! We were able to crab from the dock and the view was amazing. Short drive to the beach. Would definitely book a stay here again!

My forever vacation home

This was the most beautiful place to vacation. I loved the dock. The house was so beautiful other than the outdated dirty couch I didn’t sit on, it did and didn’t matter because I spent most of my time fishing and crabbing, but I had other family members that wanted to sit on it. I loved the dock and just sitting out enjoying the weather. I experienced the blood moon and NASA launch a rocket. I definitely will be back next year and then again and again, hopefully their will be a new couch. Best place ever. Location is key. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Serenity by name, serenity by nature

Lovely house in a great location. All questions prior to arrival were answered promptly. I had to no other reason to contact the owner after we got here. Everything was as advertised, everything worked just fine. Located in a quiet area, sitting on the deck enjoying the sound of the water and watching the sea birds and dolphins was blissful. Besides the nearby Marina restaurant, everything needed was within 25 minutes - supermarket, pharmacy etc., and all that Chincoteague Island has to offer. We also recommend the Dockside restaurant in Pocomoke City. Would we stay here again? Yes. Without doubt.

Wonderful place, needs a few tweaks.

Overall, the place was great. The view is wonderful, layout of rooms worked well, and kitchen was well supplied. A few tweaks are needed as follows: Neither key in the box opened the front door, had to go around to the back. Light fixture over sink didn't work. Showerhead in upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. New batteries needed for the remotes. Oven pilot light kept clicking at first, but then stopped and was OK thereafter. Dishwasher should be replaced. Very loud and was impossible to put large pots in. Again, these are little things. The place was cozy, nicely decorated, and we had a great time.

Quiet relaxation

Great place to get away during COVID. The house is dated and needs a deep cleaning; but the view can’t be beat. I loved sitting on the porch, listening to the water, and reading. I needed a relaxing vacation and this was it. Great view of Wallops Island flight center, dolphins, eagles, deer, and of course seagulls, fish, and crabs.
