"The room was clean but i always had a smell of smoke in my room every night even though it was a smoke free building there was smoking everywhere. The breakfast was one horrible blueberry muffin and package oatmeal and coffee. There was not an actual breakfast very misleading. While the inside was okay the outside was in a sketchy area my last night i woke up at 6am to shooting. I felt like i was being constantly watched when i stepped outside in the parking lot. "It would have been good to know that this property was “under renovations”. The lobby was non existent and the over all aspect was bad. Old and dingy. The pain peeling off the walls even in the rooms. Whitt that being said I will say the staff were nice and helpful an understand that the propert condition was not their fault. Breakfast was included. But their cafeteria area looked like what a Waffle House would be. The plus on this property is that they had clean and comfortable beds....

"The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

"The property do not have gurage but they charge 15$ /day for parking whee none monitor in and out and plenty of open parking available in premisis. They did not clean the room after first day. The bath towels were wet to use for second day. They did not give a water also in room to use coffee maker. They did not even refill the decaf pouch for second day. . The key was not working on my rentun on second day in the night for no reason. Kids were sleeping I made them wait near the door for 5...

"Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was an actual hot and fresh breakfast. Very quiet. Cannot hear activity from the hall or other rooms. One simple comment was that there were no towel bars. We stayed 2 nights and would have reused our towels but there was nowhere to hang them. Overall a good place at a decent price. "
