Rosehearty | Winterton Cottages

Rosehearty is a spacious detached bungalow situated on a quiet road in Winterton-on-Sea, with stunning sea views. The property can sleep up to eight people in four gorgeous bedrooms, with two modern bathrooms. Under occupancy discounts are available for up to six guests outside school holidays using the two king size bedrooms, and one twin bedroom.

At the back of the bungalow, a large open plan living area has comfortable seating area and a TV with Netflix, a dining area, and a modern well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, two electric ovens, an electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. Full height glass doors face out towards the sea, and provide a fantastic view whatever the weather. Outside, the garden is fully enclosed and there is garden furniture on the patio as well as a gas barbecue. Private steps at the bottom of the garden lead to the dunes, and from there it's less than five minutes walk to the beach.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and sea views. The freestanding bath provides a luxurious touch, and there's also a TV in the room. Next to that is a bathroom with a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC. At the front of the property you'll find bedroom two which also has a king size bed, and bedroom three with two full size (3' wide) single beds. Bedroom four also has twin single (3' wide) size beds and is off the main hallway. Under occupancy discounts for up to six are available outside of school holidays when bedroom four is closed. There's a second bathroom with a large walk in shower, wash basin and WC.

In the garage you'll find a washing machine and tumble drier. There is off road parking for three cars.

A maximum of two dogs are welcome at Rosehearty at no additional charge and are welcome throughout the property. They may join you on the sofas if throws are used - please bring your own.
