This comfortable holiday home is ideal for couples and families alike, sleeping up to 5 makes this a perfect retreat to relax or as a base to explore the wonderful Norfolk coast & the tranquil Norfolk Broads or to enjoy the bustle of the premier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth


There is an onsite indoor heated swimming pool & club with FREE passes


On a quiet part of the independent site of California Sands Holiday Village/Sunbeach Holiday Village/Green Farm Chalet Park, this charming chalet enjoys communal lawns to the front and side and with parking at the rear of the chalet.


With a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge/dining area, shower room and a larger-than-usual front bedroom the chalet offers versatile sleeping arrangements with a full-sized double bed in bedroom 1 and a a full-sized single bunk over a double base in bedroom 2


Within a short walk to both Scratby and California Beach, the dog-friendly Scratby Beach and California Beach are a short stroll away


There are some cafes and bars in the village of Scratby in addition to an independent bakery, hairdresser, post office and garden center


On-site there is the Oasis Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Club Oasis for family entertainment (entertainment only at weekends and throughout all the school holidays), an amusement arcade, a Children's play area, a Multi Use Games Area, Bouncy Castles, a Launderette, a Cafe, Dutchy's Sports Bar that also has weekend entertainment and serves food. (We provide free passes to both the Oasis Club & Oasis Indoor Heated Swimming Pool)


The tranquil Norfolk Broads are a short drive away where you can board a steam cruiser around the Broads or hire a boat to Skipper yourself. Kayaking and other water sports are also available


The seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is a short drive (or bus journey) away where there are many attractions associated with the British Seaside including a Pleasure Beach and the Venetian Waterways


A trip to the area wouldn't be complete without visiting the colony of grey seals at Horsey Gap - across the way from the gap you will find Poppylands where the menu comes as a ration book and the staff dress as Land Girls

We only allow dogs on the property - we do not accept other pets.

We accept one small/medium-sized dog FOC. Our Pet Policy forbids dogs in the bedrooms and on the furniture

XL Bully dogs and any other on the UK government's Dangerous Dog List are forbidden from site

This being a family site; we do not accept hen/stag parties
