"Our whole stay from start to finish was top notch! Each & every staff member we encountered went above & beyond, exceeding all expectations whilst delivering phenomenal customer service, making us feel special & truly valued. "OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel."

"Very nice place. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast amazing. Proper classic English style hotel"

"Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities."

Había un tipo borracho dormido en recepción el día 2 de nuestra estancia. "

"Staff werecextremely friendly and helpful"

En contraste en el Hotel Carlton a pocas cuadras de allí nos...
