"Lovely garden views from the Kent building. Signposting lacking - had to check in at one building, and breakfast in the main house, whuch looked loveky, whilst staying in another building. Early check-out at 9.30. But check-in was no earlier than 3pm. Room stifling hot, no air con, no fan provided in the heatwave- windows do not open very far and seems to become sort of walkway around the ground floor windows. Standard walk-in shower. "Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again."

"What shade of hell in the 21st century for £177 for single occupancy has not got a private toilet . Room tiny, no lighting by bedside so if you get up in dark have to go to front door to switch a light on. Bunk bed over the head of double bed makes it hot & claustophic . The shower room is a joke, a bathroom including a toilet on a ferry is considerably bigger that this coffin minus a toilet. Avoid at all cost"

"The rooms are a bit dated. They need to replace the locks (that use actual keys) and door closers in the removes and hallways. Whenever someone leaves their room there is a loud bang as the door closer closes the door. Then another loud bang if there is a fire door nearby with the same type of door closer. Please do the following 1] Get rid of the door locks that need keys 2] Find soft door closers for the rooms. If you go to electronic door locks you don't need keys and also you won't need...

"Recently had a one night stay the staff we're excellent helpful and polite the room was clean and very well equipped. The breakfast was excellent from choice to quality. Altogether a very pleasant experience will definitely stay again."
