"The air conditioning was out in the hotel on a very hot day unfortunately. By the time we got back to the room that evening it was working but it took a while to cool everything off. The one thing I noticed in my room was a light fixture not working in the bathroom. However the beds are very comfortable."

"The lobby has been newly refurbished & looks great. The concierges we worked with were both excellent. The rooms themselves need to have the same upgrades that they did to the lobby & restaurant. Carpets & furniture had stains, there were some sort of raggedy stickers all over our ceiling, and the connecting doors need more soundproofing so you don't dont hear every word the people next to you are saying to each other. Overall we liked our stay but it does need some improvements to the rooms."

"The property was clean staff was amazing very helpful. The area was very walkable to the French quarter and amazing dining options. Only negative was the bed was to soft ,but besides that amazing property."
