"The hotel is well maintained & very beautiful. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, and the linens very soft. Parking is free & in a garage attached to the hotel. The food in the Scarlet restaurant was delicious. After dinner we walked around downtown Red Wing & along the waterfront. Red Wing is a pretty town."

"Somewhat sparse but elegant. Spacious room with high ceilings, wood floors, antique furniture. Comfortable bed. Very clean and modern bathroom. Historic building in the heart of the French Quarter one block from the Jazz Museum. Pretty patio with small pool. Secured parking in lot with locked gate for $45, standard price in NOLA. Very warm and helpful staff. No bar or restaurant, but good morning coffee. Small fridge in room. I would def stay again. "

"Loved the mattress, the French quarter location is perfect since it’s a couple blocks from Boubon and quieter than other options, and room decor was matching the vibe. We liked the intimate size and it had an elevator. They seemed to have some staffing shortages and Internet issues but were very friendly. The security was excellent!!"
