  • Newly renovated 4 bedroom and 2 full bath home set back from the road is a peaceful oasis. 2 minute drive to Ski Butternut, 8 minutes to downtown Great Barrington. Vaulted ceilings, heated tile bathroom floors and 2 wood burning stoves and minisplit AC/Heating systems in every room. Gas grill, covered gazebo and a firepit perfect for a year round escape. Child's play structure with two swings and a slide also on premise.

This property is wonderful! Very conveniently located for Ski Butternut and fabulous Great Barrington restaurants. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful stay!

We had a great weeklong stay at this property. The house was clean, comfortable and convenient to town / Butternut. Also, Zach was very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

Fantastic Stay & Great Hosts!

My wife and two girls (8 months and 3.5 years) had an incredible stay! We love the Berkshires and I have been coming for 30 years, but this was by far the best trip we have ever had. Zach is an incredible host - very responsive and accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely be coming back for many more summers (and falls & winters) to come - it is our new "rental home away from home"!

I booked in January. Canceled in April, well within the Full Refund deadline. They never refunded me and have not responded to my multiple messages about "why did you not cancel my reservation and give me a refund?".

Terrific place- highly recommend

This is a great place to stay in the Berkshires. The place itself is clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, and very comfortable with lots of warm blankets, good heating (including heated floors in the master bath!) working wood-burning stoves and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. It is set back from the main road, with lots of land on the property giving it a private and quiet feel. It is literally less than a mile from Butternut Mountain which is great for outdoor activities and it is also very close to Great Barrington and other neighboring towns. The owner was very responsive- we were unsure of how to work the wood-burning stoves, and he came by on short notice to show us and then came back with additional supplies for them. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend the property to others.

Warm, cozy and convenient Berkshires Get-away

We were delighted with our stay in Great Barrington at this charming and well-appointed home. It is conveniently located, just a short drive to Main St. in Great Barrington and 15 minutes to Stockbridge. The house is spacious - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a nice kitchen and large dining area. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom was exceedingly comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We made use of the wood burning stoves. The owner was available and accessible. We can highly recommend this home without qualification. or reservation.

Beautiful stay

We loved our time in Great Barrington. The house was clean and cozy. We visited GB with our two small children and this house was perfectly outfitted for our family. Our 4year old was very proud to sleep on the bottom bunk and the baby was safe and comfy in the pack and play that was provided. (The house actually had two) The house was incredibly convenient to butternut. We had a blast tubing and playing outside. We walked around GB and did some shopping in the greatest shops. After our fun adventure out we all too great showers in the party shower. The kids loved all the toys and after putting them to bed we snuggled up in the couch with a fire crackling away. We are already planning our next trip back!

Great house!

We had a great time at Zach’s house! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and our kids loved their bedrooms. Zach was so accommodating and available to answer our questions. We will definitely be back!
