This centrally located apartment is situated in the heart of Graz, in the St. Leonhard district, right next to the University of Music and Performing Arts, on the first floor of a historic building, and offers 75 m² of living space. It captivates with its cozy historic charm and modern amenities.<br>The historic city center (Cathedral, Main Square) and Karl-Franzens University are both just a 5-minute walk away. Shops, a pharmacy, and public transportation are just a 3-minute walk away.<br>Amenities: You can access the apartment via a panoramic elevator. It is furnished to a high standard with modern amenities and features an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and everything you need for cooking (dishes, pots, pans, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, etc.). In the spacious living room, you can eat at a table with 6 chairs and, if needed, 1 high chair. There is a sofa set that can be pulled out into a bed if needed, as well as a TV. The large bedroom has a double bed with a dresser and storage space, and a small adjoining room features a pull-out sofa bed. Upon request, we’d be happy to provide a travel crib. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a dryer, and a hair dryer. <br>The rental price includes bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels. A free parking space for one car (not for a large SUV or van) can be reserved based on availability.<br>Additionally, a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per night per person is payable. Children 15 years and younger are exempt from the tourist tax. The tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival.<br>Guest check-in: We look forward to welcoming you in person, getting to know you, and providing you with a brief overview of the apartment and the city of Graz.
