"What a unique find for our Florida getaway! We loved the atmosphere of the grounds and the Backyard of Love . The Tropical Bird room was perfect for two. The attached kitchen had all of the amenities and was clean and efficient. AC worked well and the available beach chairs and shuttle to the beach made the whole visit as easy as could be. "I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again."

"It started out we got there early and was unable to check in which is OK but was told they would call us and never did. When I returned after 4 there were 3 other people there that was told the exact same thing but did not happen. When we got into the room it was very hot and had a foul odor. There was black mode noted on the ceilings. We were on the 1st floor and could walk directly outside and when we did there was broken glass just outside our room. "The hotel was much dirtier and more run-down than I expected. The breakfast wasn't very good, and the shower was by far the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff was okay, but overall I don't think I would stay here again."

"We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....
