Conveniently located within driving distance of Windham & Hunter Mountains. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay, including a state-of-the-art Bullfrog Spa, perfect for enjoying the incredible views while relaxing in the utmost luxury! Also, an amazing outdoor firepit overlooking the valley, a great place for 'smores, stargazing, and making memories!

With 3 spacious bedrooms, this is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends. At the same time, while it isn't a Tiny House, it is cozy enough for just 2 people if you want a romantic secluded getaway!

Come and be pampered, with top quality linens; spa robes and slippers; a gourmet kitchen, crackling fireplaces, amazing sunrises!

The views were incredible. We thought we missed the fall foliage but we were wrong. This house is up on a hill and has a million dollar view. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing, wished we used it more than once. The sunroom was warm and bright with comfortable furniture to just sit and enjoy the view. The surrounding area was quiet with plenty of land to go out and explore. We went on a few walks to enjoy the beautiful weather and trees. There are neighbors down the road but we didn’t see anyone around. The house is close to a few cute towns but we didn’t really need to leave the house. This house had everything-fully stocked with high end pots, pans, dishes, towels, toaster, coffee, blankets, large TV in the lr, Alexa for music, 3 fireplaces, hairdryer, etc. The house was very cozy and we can’t wait to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful warm welcoming comfortable private home with views. Immaculately maintained and well provisioned. All we had to do is bring food for meals. We loved it and hope to go back. We dined at and got take out from Greenville Cafe. Great home cooking and friendly service.

We have stayed in some lovely properties, this one included. What made this stay so special is that they shared more than a lovely, clean house. They shared their home. They had all of basics you would need, including cooking oils and spices, different options for coffee and more. They a wide variety of cookware, glassware (if you couldn't find it in the kitchen you could find it in their china cupboard), dishes and small appliances, some of which I didn't know existed. They responded faster than necessary, although it was much appreciated. I couldn't recommend them enough.

This was our 4th trip back and this has become our home away from home. We have everything we need- a very well appointed kitchen, hot tub, grill and king size bed! We’re pretty simple when we travel and this home has it all. Always immaculate and comfortable with everything in perfect working order. We love the pond in the summer and fireplace in the winter. We always feel at home at Gray Hill Retreat!

I cant say enough about this property, its owner and its manager. It is beautiful and so comfortable. We ended up getting into a motorcycle accident on our way out east and we needed somewhere to rest for a few days. We couldnt of found a better place to do so. The beds and furniture were so comfortable that we hated to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place with is. We hope to return some day and ride the Catskills

Glorious retreat

Beautifully appointed property with lovely views. Wonderful kitchen with anything one could need or want, including a thoughtful array of small appliances, cookware, and dishes. Comfortable great room, porches and deck were ready for relaxing inside or out. Linens and towels were all of excellent quality. Beds were comfy and furniture was sturdy and well cared for. Communication with owners clear and prompt. Truly rural location may not be for everyone, but we couldn’t imagine a more restful spot for actually stopping and giving ourselves time to just BE.

Beautiful and cozy

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed and cozy, We had a wonderful stay. We had all kinds of weather while we were there and were able to enjoy the beautiful grounds, the hot tub, the sunny front porch and the cozy living room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you might need. Will definitely be returning.

Winter getaway

We had a great time at the house , it sits on a hill with great views of the Catskills. Even though it was very cold outside we were very comfortable in the house. Three fireplaces and a hot tub made it warm and cozy.

Always a pleasure

We have stayed at Grey Hill Retreat multiple times over the last couple of years and always have a great visit. The home has everything we need and even though the cold and snow kept us off the deck and out of the hot tub, we still had a great time.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was the perfect weekend. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The house is very warm and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need or want. Other than the grocery shopping we did; the house was stocked. The Hot Tub was perfect and very easy to use and was enjoyed by all. The hosts were very kind, the flowers and note that was left for us was very sweet and gave the house an extra warmth to it.The house guide was great, all the information we needed for anything was right there and helped if there were any issues in the house, which there were NOT.We all truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% consider this property again!Thank you Krista

Quite Retreat

EXCEPTIONAL & PEACEFUL

Everything as advertised and much more. The "AMBIANCE" was exceptional. Communications with property management was spot on. We experienced a snow storm (10"+) and the contracted snow plow driver was there to clear the driveway and clear most of the deck area. The owners have taken the time and effort to make this place a place of relaxation and beauty. All you have to bring is your own food (or eat at the local restaurants). If you forget anything, local grocery store would have everything that you need. Everything that you could think of that you would need to cook with is there. If you are looking to enjoy clean fresh air, occasional sighting of deer, etc. This is a place of total letting your mind and body enjoy total relaxation.

Extended weekend in Oak Hill!

We had a lovely stay in Oak Hill. The house was very charming and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The foliage was beautiful for a scenic serene weekend. We visited a nearby farm for apple picking which was as a lot of fun!

Great location for a weekend with girlfriends.

The house was spacious and clean. There is so much space for relaxing inside and plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The spa was clean and easy to use. It was great to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

North Catskills Wonderland

Drive up through the North Catskills to a quiet and somewhat remote area. Surrounded by forests and farmland. Wildlife galore! Deer, Wild Turkey, Hawks, Ground Hogs, Rabbits, Squirrels and more. Grasslands that looked like a golf course. We really enjoyed nature and the quiet. The house was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. The host was very responsive but we needed nothing. Trader Joe’s is about 45 minutes away in Albany and there is adequate grocery shopping within 20-30 minutes from the home. We plan staying again in the future. We stayed for a very pleasant 28 days.

Comfortable and Well Equipped

We enjoyed are stay. The house is well equipped with appliances, glasses, towels, sheets, etc. Very clean and comfortable. It's located close to a number of attractions. Lots of stars are visible on clear nights. All sorts of birds to watch. Nice cornhole set and other games to play. The spa is nice, but it was so warm during our visit it didn't get much use.
