"I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience "

"the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it...

"The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced"

"The property does not feel safe. No hot water. Water leaked to the next floor. Online pics is definitely not what you get I do want to say though the woman I checked in with and the young lady I checked out after booking another hotel that night, were great it was not their fault and the manager who reached out to me refunded me my money with no questions. The customer service from the employees was great. It definitely was the property that made me rate this terrible "

"They gave me room that wasn’t even finished being cleaned so I had to wait in the hall for 10mins for the cleaner to get done and when I went in the bathroom had hair all in it she didn’t even vacuum the side night stand had liquid on it nothing was wiped down the tables had crumbs and smudged food on them. And the people across the hall was extremely loud and was up until after 1am yelling in the halls loud music and slamming doors"
