Guests are welcome to use the entire home as well as the beach area directly across the street.

The neighborhood is a quiet lake community. Please be friendly whenever you encounter people out on the roads or at the beach so we can keep sharing this property with friends. The roads are quiet and small, take care to take it nice and slow as there is a lot of foot traffic around the neighborhood.

Neighborhood is easy to get around by foot, and there is plenty of parking space for two or three cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the street!
The home is governed by HOA and for that reason we have a ZERO tolerance policy for parties and quiet hours. Maximum number of guests at the house needs to include only those present on the booking and no additional guests are allowed down at the community beach. The home is equipped with security cameras outside as well as a noise decibal monitor as required by our HOA. Thank you for understanding and being a great guest!

Beach and Dock Rules (per the HOA)

● No children under 10 without supervision.
● Children under 10 must wear a life preserver while on dock, “No Exceptions”.
● No glass of any kind.
● No dogs – Memorial Day to Labor Day. Renters and Member Guests may not have dogs on beach at any time.
● No Loud Music anytime
● Leave the beach clean: No trash. No butts. NO TRASH IN FIREPIT.
● No open fires on the beach. Use fire pit only. Do not leave unattended fire, put it out when
you leave. ONLY DCA Members may use firepit.
● Swim only in area designated by floats and ropes.
● Park only in designated areas, keep boat ramp clear.
● No swimming, diving, or water skiing from the docks.
● No boats inside or launched from the swimming area.
● No fishing in the swim area.
● Maximum size of a boat in a DCA dock slip is 20 ft. length and 8.5 ft beam (manufacturers nameplate).
● Put toys away in box; Close umbrellas; Lounge chairs should be returned to perimeter of beach (3 on each side). Fill in any dangerous holes/ruts in sand area.
● No fireworks. MA State law prohibits the use, possession or selling of fireworks.
● This is a private beach NO TRESPASSING ALLOWED. Our beach and common areas are
relatively small. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Enjoy!
