"Positives - Good location, very clean and we appreciated the bottle of Champagne and treats. Seemed like the Owners were nice. Needs Improvement - Could not find an address of the property on the confirmation email. I tried calling the number listed if we had a question...no answer. I didn't want to start digging through our luggage to try to find original paperwork, so I went on-line and looked for rental properties in Jacksonville. Not sure why they don't give the address of the property on...

"Such a beautiful little cabin nestled in the mountains. It was very comfortable and accommodating. The peace we felt there was awesome. Host was kind and welcoming. Perfect little getaway. Views from the cabin were breathtaking. Definitely at the top of our vacation experiences. We didn’t want to leave and hope to come back soon. Thank you! "The property was nice and as advertised. It was quiet for sleeping even though it was right on D St. Easy access to downtown. Some of the windows were a bit ancient and did not lock properly but otherwise everything was great."

"My husband took me to the Tigers Den for a vacation away from our hectic everyday life...lol It was very nice and we love Jacksonville. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this little town even if it is only about 12 miles from home."

"This was the perfect little place for me and my boys for a little weekend get away. We traveled down from Alaska to see the rodeo but my boys had more fun playing ping pong and exploring the river. The hosts were great. Communication was quick and easy. Although we didn’t use it, there is an adorable kitchen area that can accommodate your cooking needs. The setting was comforting and quiet. Shopping is only a short drive away."

"Originally booked for my partner, my two teen kids, and our small dog to stop on our way from California to Washington. My partner couldn’t make it so it ended up being just me and the kids. We felt very safe and comfortable and the place is very well cleaned and set up. While we didn’t end up having the dog with us, I appreciate it. They had the place all set up as if we did, Very thoughtful. Convenient access off the freeway. Easy check-in. Communication with the host was smooth. My kids want...

"My husband and I stayed at the house for only 2 nights and we wished could have stayed longer. The house was amazing. It was well furnished and the bed was so comfy. And those heated bathroom floors …… My husband tried to fish the river but it was too high, but it was nice to listen to at night. We enjoyed an afternoon at Red Lily Winery. We were wishing we would have brought more people to enjoy the experience. We will definitely be back."

"Overall, it met our needs. The front door deadbolt and keypad need work. The guest has to figure out to pull on knob while typing in code or the door will not open. The lighting in the living room is inadequate. It was unpleasant to hear motorcycles, trucks and cars without mufflers at every hour…especially due to the stop sign at the corner. It’s nice to be near groceries. Again, it met our needs."

"The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."
