"What are darling little gem! The hot tub was such a wonderful treat—overlooking the river and mountains. We even got to see a few small town trains go by. The pillows and beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on away from home. Fun vintage/retro decor. I will be recommending this to friends who ever travel this way!"

"The Gold Miner cottage appeared brand new with high end furnishings! It was a great find! Location couldn’t be better…easy to walk to the main strip and restaurants. We loved everything about it! We will be back!"

"This felt like dropping in to grandma‘s house. This property has been in the owner‘s family for 100 years, and it feels very well lived-in. This is definitely not a sterile hotel room… there’s history here. Everything you could possibly need is provided and there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy with family and friends. "Knocked our socks off. Beautiful place, with animals in a green space and riverside hangouts on the Applegate. Lodgings next to the road, but that’s quiet at night and the river side is where you hang out. The host has built something special, and she’s on it all the time. She’s also more than tidy, so less is more, which some of us love. Don’t miss the tiny towns on the west, Applegate, Provolt, and Williams. They’re tiny but friendly."
